Ju Ji Hoon will reportedly join hands with Lee Jong Suk and Shin Min Ah in a new historical K-drama
Park Ji Hyun will reportedly replace Im Ji Yeon in the upcoming romantic comedy film Wild Thing.
On January 24, media outlets reported that Park Ji Hyun had been chosen to be the female lead of the upcoming movie Wild Thing. The role was first offered to actress Im Ji Yeon but she decided to decline the proposal due to conflicting schedules.
Park Ji Hyun's agency shared their statement regarding the casting news. According to Namoo Actors, "Park Ji Hyun is positively considering the offer to star in Wild Thing."
Uhm Tae Goo and Kang Dong Won will lead the upcoming film Wild Thing.
The upcoming movie will tell the story of the reunion of a three-member mixed group called Triangle who was once successful. The group disappeared and was forgotten by the public because of an unfortunate incident. The trio then reunites after a series of twists and turns.
Park Ji Hyun's offered role hasn't been revealed yet.
Wild Thing will be the next work of director Son Jae Gon. He is known for creating the works Secret Zoo, Strangers Again, Villain and Widow, and more.
Wild Thing will possibly be Park Ji Hyun's second upcoming film.
Just this month, the actress led the romantic comedy movie Forbidden Fairytale with Sung Dong Il, Super Junior's Choi Si Won, and Jang Do Yeong.
Park Ji Hyun will also star in the upcoming movie Control with renowned actors Park Hae Il, Oh Dal Soo, Jung Woong In, Jung Sang Hoon, Lee Seung Joon, and Han Chang Hyun.
Aside from films, Park Ji Hyun will also join the new K-dramas Two Women, M: Reboot, and Flex X Cop Season 2.
Last year, Park Ji Hyun impressed viewers with her performance in the hit K-drama Flex X Cop.
