tvN's weekday drama Lovely Runner scored a nationwide rating of 4.26% for episode 12, dropping from 4.75% (episode 10) and 4.73% (episode 11). Nevertheless, the K-drama remained the most-watched in its time slot and maintained its streak of 4% ratings. 

Moreover, local news reports say Lovely Runner is immensely popular among international viewers. The OTT service Viu reported that the K-drama has been trending on its platform in Asian countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and more.
