Lee Joon Gi Stands in the Face of His Destiny in "Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon" Teaser

Just when we thought the excitement of the upcoming K-drama Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon couldn't soar any higher, tvN released a new teaser to make the wait even more unbearable.  

Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramoon is set in the mythical land of Arth, a place where the fate of its inhabitants is shaped by the wielder of the sword. 

The drama portrays the intertwined destinies of Ta Gon (Jang Dong Gun), Eun Seom and Sa Ya (Lee Joon Gi), Tan Ya (Shin Sae Kyeong), and Tae Al Ha (Kim Ok Bin).

The previous teaser showed the climactic confrontation between Ta Gon and Eun Seom. In the latest teaser, viewers can see the characters entangled in chaos. 

The video begins with Sa Ya (Lee Joon Gi) saying, "Let's find the brothers of the bell, mirror, and sword and create a new world", hinting at the disturbance of peace in Arthdal City, which had been ruled by Ta Gon for eight years.

Furthermore, the confrontation between Eun Seom, who became the head of the Ago tribe, and Sa Ya, the adopted son of Ta Gon and now a military commander, is not too far ahead. Despite their blood bond, a twist of fate led them to stand on opposing ends.

Additionally, the teaser shows the people of Arthdal coping with the chaos in their own ways. Tan Ya, the spiritual leader and grand priest of Arthdal, seeks answers from God, while Ta Gon and Eun Seom lead their troops into fierce battles.

Particularly striking is the moment when Tan Ya proclaims in front of the people of Arthdal, "The era of the Aramun dynasty has begun in Arthdal". As she holds the position of a high priestess, Tan Ya's words are sacred and have absolute power. Tae Al Ha stands with blood smeared on her face and a fearful look in her eyes. Her despairing cry of "No!" signals the onset of a war already raging like a storm.
