Kang Tae Oh is in talks to work with Park Eun Bin in the upcoming drama "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo"
According to several media outlets on October 6th, Kang Tae Oh will be added to the cast lineup of the upcoming SBS drama "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo." Actress Park Eun Bin also received the offer to be the main lead of the drama.
Kang Tae Oh's agency Man Of Creation responded to the news and revealed that the actor is positively reviewing the casting offer for "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo."
"Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo" will be directed by Yoo In Shik and written by Moon Ji Won. It's a 16 episode drama that will showcase the story of a a 27 year old woman named Woo Young Woo. She has an autism spectrum disorder and landed a job as a lawyer in a large law firm.
Kang Tae Oh received the offer to play the role of Lee Jun Ho, an employee at the Baekryong law firm. He is popular for his charm and personality but doesn't realize it. He will be the one who helps Woo Young Woo in solving cases. Park Eun Bin got the offer to play as Woo Young Woo, the workaholic strange lawyer.
"Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo" is set to air in 2022.
If Kang Tae Oh confirms his casting for "Weird Lawyer, Woo Young Woo," this will be his first drama for 2022. He last starred in the 2021 drama "Doom at Your Service" with Seo In Guk, Park Bo Young, Lee Soo Hyuk, Shin Do Hyun, and SF9's Dawon.
Kang Tae Oh was also part of the dramas "Run On," "The Tale of Nokdu," "My First First Love," "Twenty Again," "Miss Korea," and more. He will also join the upcoming movie "Open the Door" with Shin Hae Sun, Kim Sung Kyun, and Geum Sae Rok.
