Jung Woo Sung's appearance date on the ongoing drama Delayed Justice is confirmed!
The top actor is going to replace the role of Bae Sung Woo who was the original main lead for the SBS Friday-Saturday drama. Bae Sung Woo dropped out of the drama due to his drunk driving incident last December 2020.
Jung Woo Sung will take over the role of a lifestyle reporter named Park Sam Soo and his first broadcast will start today, January 15, 2021. His appearance will start from Episode 17. Many are already anticipating the actor's appearance after seeing the recent trailer. He perfectly embodied Park Sam Soo's unique character that Bae Sung Woo created.
This will be Jung Woo Sung's comeback in the drama scene after 10 years. Padam Padam was his last drama that aired in 2011. Broadcast insiders believe that viewers will be curious to see him act, and so his return will make the ratings higher.
Lee Jung Jae is also set to appear on the SBS drama in a cameo. He will be playing his character as the national assemblyman from the JTBC drama Chief of Staff. He was offered to be the replacement of Bae Sung Woo as well but he rejected it due to scheduling conflicts. Jung Woo Sung, Bae Sung Woo and Lee Jung Jae are all signed under Artist Company. Jung Woo Sung and Lee Jung Jae are co-founders of the said agency. Both are known for compensating the affected work of their artists by actively participating in any 'damaged' projects/dramas.
Jung Woo Sung will work together with Kwon Sang Woo, Kim Joo Hyun, Jung Woong In, Kim Eung Soo and more in the ongoing drama.
Delayed Justice airs every Fridays and Saturdays at 10pm KST.
