Hwang Jung Min and Yeom Jung Ah's Action K-Movie "Mission Cross" in Talks for Netflix Release

Hwang Jung Min and Yeom Jung Ah's upcoming K-movie, Mission Cross, is in talks to get a Netflix release.  

On May 8, a representative from the team behind the movie Mission Cross stated to Hankook Ilbo, "Currently, we are discussing the possibility of releasing it [the K-movie] on Netflix. However, nothing has been confirmed yet. The release date has also not been decided." 

Mission Cross is the story of a former agent, Kang Moo, living as a househusband while hiding his past from his wife, Mi Sun. Whereas, Mi Sun is an ace detective of the violent crimes unit, who misunderstands her husband's secret. They both get caught up in an unexpected crisis.  

The K-movie stars Hwang Jung Min, Yeom Jung Ah, Jeon Hye Jin, Jung Man Shik, and others. 

Mission Cross was scheduled to be released in February 2024. However, in December 2023, the distributor of Mission Cross, Plus M Entertainment, announced, "We have decided to postpone the release of the movie which was originally scheduled to be released in February of next year."  

This decision came after the news of the passing of Lee Sun Kyun (December 27, 2023), the husband of actress Jeon Hye Jin, who is one of the K-movie's leads.
