Lee Jun Ki was once offered it, but turned it down. It also looks like Kwon Sang Woo rejected it. Now the script is in the hands of Kim Hyun Joong of SS501 and Boys Over Flowers fame. According to KHJ's agency, he is "positively" reviewing the script.
Perhaps the producers should try their best to keep the casting process out of the news because it’s starting to look like the script sucks. You have to wonder about the number of rejections we don’t know about..
If Kim Hyun Joong takes it, it will be his first lead role in three years--that is, if it even airs--the last being Playful Kiss. Great news for all his fans, sad news for those who think he needs acting lessons.
