Slow but good ...
It is a story of flirtatious girl but in a good way ,who fallen in love with a boy when she saw him first time and she only did flirt with him . She follows him all the the time . First for him she irritated him but slowly slowly he started liking her and hence their love story started . Something happened he broke up with her ,she didn't argue with him and left him . After so many years when they met everyone think that she dumped him not he and she never explained it . When she asked him why everybody thought that he told her the reason why he broke-up with her for this she say sorry to him . Then he let her considered it was a normal couple quarrel so why she left him ,why she didn't argue . So he wanted to say that she was responsible for their break up. . In between they had some misunderstanding tooBut all is well when ends well .
It is a normal story like other love story . I prefer to those who like love story and out of who , who bear slow drama.
Acting was good their young age characters are my favourite .

When the beginning of the drama till Ep5 - really one question pop. How do casting team find two totally different male lead - one as young him, another the adult him. And I saw news regarding C-netizen complained....7 years separated, male lead went to plastic surgery. LOL I actually don’t mind both, I quite like both - maybe the team feel that adult ones doesn’t suit to act younger version so found another casts however the difference just happen to be extremely obvious.....
I find younger version really sweet - especially the young female lead! I like her playing student role! Especially now I currently watching “I only like you”
Worth to watch, definitely :)

Favorite drama ever!!
I really enjoyed watching this drama so much that easily became my favorite drama to watch ever!Even though this drama falls more on the melodrama or in the dramatic category, I still loved it so much. Do not watch it if you're expecting light romance, because with this one is hard to not cry your eyes out.
This drama starts during the present time where the main characters (He Yichen and Zhao Moshen) start recollecting their love story during college years ago up until the misunderstanding that caused them to break up and each go their separate ways. Honestly, the love story shown during their university days is very similar to a lot of dramas out there where the male lead is really smart with a cold appearance and the female lead isn't that smart and really bubbly. After they break up, that's where the storyline differs from the typical "sweethearts" drama.
In this drama, both He Yichen and Zhao Moshen are stuck in a love triangle, although they always loved each other in spite of the years that passed by. Due to these love triangles and the years spent apart, there's multiples misunderstanding that rises up during the plot but eventually, everything is cleared up.
I do recommend you to get some comfort food while watching this drama because you're gonna need it!

Simple plot, excellent execution
There's something about this drama that really appeals to me. I can't really pinpoint one thing exactly. Maybe it's the general feel of the drama. Their college life was so adorable but the bulk of the drama was set after the break up 7 years later. They've grown up with all this pain and yet, manage to end up together. And they continue to be epically sweet after they get together. One thing, though, is that if anyone in real life actually did what He Yi Chen does around ep 14, the results would probably be catastrophic. Marrying someone while there are so many unsolved problems is usually not the best idea. Actually, a lot of things in the drama would probably not be a good idea in real life. Though, I did appreciate his advice near the end that time isn't the best way to test a relationship.
Anyway, I loved this drama to bits, despite its flaws. I've re-watched the whole series a good 4-5 times now. And thanks to this drama, I ended up being a huge fan of Wallace Chung. :)

After watching this, I didn't think I would rewatch it but here I am watching it the third time. With a plentiful of dramas to watch, I am not short on dramas to watch but I keep coming back to this one because of the unconditional trust and love the male leads has for the female lead. With all the factors, circumstances, confusion and even a third wheel threatening to tear them apart, their relationship persisted based on each other's understanding and trust for one another. While I was watching, I felt that it was draggy and didn't understand it but now watching it the third time, I can understand the anticipation yet dread the characters were feeling when meeting each other again the first time in seven years. They still longed for each other but both evaded one another. Good thing their old friend used an excuse of suing her to link them back together. At first I felt she was a terrible friend to sue her old roommate but later realized she did it for her good. He says I don't want to be entangled with you, but in reality he was using the chance to see her.
I didn't realize it but I really love this drama a lot and I keep enjoying it the more I rewatch it. While other drama leads easily break up and get angry because of misunderstanding, their trust for one another is what keeps bringing me back to watch it.
While others have said the male lead is controlling, the first time I thought that way too but it's understandable. He is afraid that she will disappear from him again. So he uses any reason whether it's the lawsuit or wanting his photo back to keep seeing her. His words are harsh but his heart has always been hers.
The two leads also acted well and this deserves a watch.

Silent Separation?
This is one of the books of teacher Gu. I didn't know that there was a drama. Tho I really like the novel I can't say that I like it irl too.So many misunderstandings where they can just sit down and talk about it. Like seriously I want to lock them up so that they just let all the grievances they have with each other.
Kinda draggy and the second leads were so annoying. Not like in the Novel at all. Well some may say that just don't compare them but honestly there's an advantage too when u both read and watch it. Because sometimes the things you want to happen may not happen on the novel but happens on the drama. I just hope that some screenwriters also look into the reviews of netizens they might make the drama more interesting. 🙌🏻

Obnoxious Wig of the lead female
I loved the drama and the male lead. It started well, but then went on too slow & dragged. The male lead Wallace Chung is worth a watch, the way he portrayed all emotions of love was fantastic. I rewatched the series only to watch his love and angst scenes. But the most disappointing thing in the entire drama was the ugly wig and a bit of bad costumes of the female lead. I honestly felt there would be a change of hairstyle at some point, however it came only towards the end. Overall good storyCet avis était-il utile?

Before I started this drama I saw a lot of negative reviews about it but as a great Wallace and Tiffany fan I decided to give it a go and I really don't regret it. The story is quite simple, it's about two college lovers separating and then reuniting after seven years and the female lead's past during that time is little complicated, but it's not something which stirs up too much drama. This is basically just a light and fluffy drama, though the fluff only comes after the first few episodes where I really get frustrated with our leads not communicating causing both of them to get hurt again but after we get through it it's a smooth sail. The male lead though is quite possessive but unlike others he never looses his cool and has a good rational thinking especially when the 2nd male lead tried some pretty despicable stuff to separate the couple. The secondary couples are cute though I really didn't care for the sister ,she annoyed me a lot as even when after she decided to get over herself she immediately decided to dive into her previous self so I couldn't care more about what happened to her.The osts are really beautiful, my favorite is the opening song and it gives me a warm feeling.
So, for those who are looking for some solid plot and really gripping intense story, this is not your cup of tea.
This drama is basically a break from our daily workaday life where there is no complicated twists and turns and no misunderstanding that would lead us back to square one, so this drama will probably pull one out of the depression caused by tragic ending drama lol.

If the show drags for you, you can always switch to the condensed version of the show, which tightens the story line up.
Overall, a very solid 7 for me, mostly because of the acting by WC and supporting cast.
