Panic disorders are scary but you know what is scarier than that? PMS!
To watch this movie you need to be in a certain mood. And I was in one of those moods; irritated, sad and depressed for no reason, which made me understand and feel for the characters. To connect with the characters I can say I was in every possible situation that they were in. It's a movie taking account two least discussed physiological and psychological problems which we often normalise as common problems, even if they are, it is different for each and every person.A mundane movie with slow soothing instrumental music, showcasing everyday problems dealing with oneself and showing camaraderie, empathizing with people, made me pause and think. You might connect or you might not but sure you'll get a new perspective of life. Sometimes life isn't about extravagant celebrations but living in today and looking forward a better future of tomorrow makes you feel alive.

"It is an agony to live but I don't want to die".
As soon as I heard that quote from the movie, I literally opened my note app to notate it. It is so deep, meaningful , sad and quite realistic :(. I have so much to say about this movie but I dont want to spoil it and I want to give people the chance to experience it themselves. I want to thank everyone involved in this movie for making this types of movie. It matters. No wonder why this movie got so much critical acclaim and success all over the world. Now that I just finished watching it, I can understand why. It resonates with a lot of people; this is REAL. These are the types of subjects that are rarely addressed in dramas or movies, especially in a sensitive manner. I seriously want to thank the creators of this movie for this deep and meaningful movie; Mone ,Hokuto and all the veterans actors I recognized from previous Jdrama projects for taking part into this. A young woman who suffers from PMS and a young man who suffers from panic disorders and how they are attempting to navigate this life with their conditions that can be sometimes be very debilitating for them( I am not going to spoil it). Please watch this. Films like this MATTER. Stories like these are important to be told and I am so glad that it got so much deserved success worldwide. Lastly, Thank you again Mone and Hokuto for such formidable performances. I hope to see them reunite in another 3rd project in the future.Cet avis était-il utile?
What a lovely movie.
I've seen several movies lately that dealt with diseases/death and most of the time, I found those tropes lazy. Of course you're gonna reach the audience if "the male lead finding out that his one true love died while she was away".It's hearder to write something that deals with a disease more realistically. Which is where this movie succeed.
To do that without burdening the audience, the writing didn't dwell too much on the condition the male lead has for instance, instead it took its time to introduce the settings, then the characters and finally their interactions together. By doing so, their scenes together didn't have to do much to move you since you already liked them individually.
To keep this review short, I will say that what I loved the most here is that the movie isn't trying to push the "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" narrative. Being sick doesn't help you at all, you just have to deal with it everyday and this movie shows that you can.

It's a mundane slice of life?
I'm all for relaxing pieces of art, but it needs to have emotion and a purpose or message at least.I watched this movie on a plane ride, zero expectations, just me and the movie.
It had some nice scenes that made me smile and feel something at least, the main duos relationship was wholesome and very uplifting, but then the movie just ended.
Honestly, I was waiting the whole movie for something to actually happen. I didn't expect romance or anything but I expected a friendship. Heck, they spent so much time with each other they should've become good friends. But the whole build up of the movie was honestly toward nothing. There was very slight healing themes, other than that it was just mundane and slow. Not horrible, definitely not my go to choice to spend time on.
