It wasn't awful, just kinda boring
I would say I did not need to watch this one, so if you really like office dramas with almost no plot then this one is for you.It is a short drama so I know that it is hard to get story elements to fit in but other shows of a similar length have had some more interesting plot points and dialogue.
The bigger Jun (idk what else to call him) also came off as a little bit predatory to the other small Jun in the begining so I wasn't a huge fan of that, they knew each other for about a day and big Jun was already making some big moves on small Jun-part of that is because they used to know each other but small Jun didn't know that-still weird.
The ending feels slow, I am not too sure why there were 3 separate guys all going after small Jun. Once the two Juns confessed to each other it still dragged on with the other two love interests like the confession never happened. Small Jun just couldn't say no to anyone besides big Jun. He spent so long rejecting big Jun, why wasn't it that easy to reject the other two interests?
I will say the casting was good, I even liked the side characters to a degree. If there was more plot I feel like the whole cast could have shined a bit more since a lot of the show was just standing around and talking in their office about things I already forgot about even though I just finished the show. I wish they showed the second couple a little more, they also used to know each other but don't talk to each other for the first half of the drama and it ends with them just getting to know each other again. It would have been easy to start their story earlier on so they could have more development since they knew each other.
TLDR: slow story, wanted more plot, good casting though for a shorter BL

Filler KBL
I didn't love it, I didn't hate it -- it'll inevitably be one of those filler series I forget about after this review and move on to the next. Now even with saying this, Jun and Jun still proved itself to be a decent series with a decent plot, beautiful actors, and some petty nice chemistry.Let's Dive In.
Jun and Jun are friends who end up separating as kids and become close again when Lee Jun is hired at Choi Jun's company. The premise is fun, and so are the first couple of episodes. It just starts to drag by episode 5, with way too much office jargon and a bunch of characters that I just could care less about. I skipped through the majority of the end, only stopping to see the lead's resolution, including his smexy hyung and the idol guy. All in all, the leads had okay chemistry, nothing crazy. Individually, they played their characters very well so the connection just works out because these were good actors. Also, some very well-done physical chemistry, which is what really drew me into their relationship.
This is me being nit-picky but some continuity errors were glaringly obvious, and for whatever reason, it bothered me more than it usually does. One example is Lee Jun holding an empty milk carton that's open but then offering it to Choi Jun later on, closed. Same with my problem with characters picking up drinks (mostly coffee cups) that have nothing in them and it's obvious.
Ratings:
Story: 7/10 - Was pretty funny and had some comedic gold moments. It's good until it becomes boring with too many scenes taking place in the meeting room going over blah blah blah that none of us care about. Romance is okay, but the physical chemistry is good.
Acting: 8.5/10 - Great! Each character played their role individually very well. Hyunwoo is gorgeous, has nothing to do with his acting, but thought I'd throw that in there. Also off-topic, but Hyeongseop's (Simeon) filler teeth bothered the fuck out of me.
Music; 7/10 - It wasn't distracting.
Recommendation Value: 5/10 - Recommend because Hyunwoo is seriously beautiful, but other than that, you're not missing much.

Waste of time
This is the first time a BL series that I waiting for so long really disappointed me. Its funny how I remembered that J&J where on the top of my watchlist. Turns out it serves nothing but cringe and the plot really meh. This is just unbelievable and I dunno what to say anymore. Even Sing My Crush that I never expected got me really hook in the 10 minutes of the 1st episodes.Overall, if you just want to looking for a handsome boss and his employee, watch it. But if you looking for the plot, pls just skip it.

Cute but Lacking Plot
If you decide to watch this series, it's best to leave any expectations at the door. Otherwise, you're likely to be disappointed due to the lack of a substantial plot in this series. The description is quite misleading.Lee Jun is a former idol who receives an internship offer from his ex-manager, now turned good friend. Little does he know, the new director of the company is none other than his childhood friend, Choi Jun, who happens to be romantically interested in Lee Jun. Meanwhile, Lee Jun's close friend, HyunJae, secretly harbors unrequited feelings for him. Further complicating the romantic dynamics is Lee Jun's former senior, Simeon. However, Lee Jun seems to be completely oblivious to the love square that surrounds him.
Despite the messy and incoherent plot, along with an abundance of unnecessary office scenes, the series manages to have its cute moments. Lee Jun's character, an average-looking idol, is relatable to many viewers who can put themselves into his shoes, which is part of the series' charm. After all, who wouldn't want three attractive individuals vying for their attention, even if they don't all fall into the same "hotness" category? It's a well-known rom-com trope to pair an ordinary protagonist with above-average hot pursuers , and it seems to work here. I mean you won’t find me rejecting Choi Jun and HyunJae anytime soon. You can keep Simeon. Just take a look at the comment section to see how thirsty people are for Choi Jun.
This series undeniably had potential, but unfortunately, it falls victim to subpar writing, directing, and editing, making it quite a mess. Nonetheless, the show manages to offer some eye candy, as Korean BLs are often praised for their visual aesthetics, setting them apart from BL series in other countries.
If you're seeking a well-crafted plot, this series might not be the right choice. However, if you’re just looking for some silliness to binge that requires no thinking but delivers in the visual department, then this series might just be what you're looking for.

Started off great, but could use more work after
My expectations were high after the first two or three episodes. I loved the chemistry between the two actors, the not-so-subtle flirting undertones to their conversations and the little comedic inserts that came with Lee Jun not being sure of what to make of Choi Jun. I think the visuals (of everyone, not just the mains) are on point, the aesthetics and cinematography are stunning as well.Sadly, things started to go downhill quickly after that. There was both a lot happening with the meetings and work-related stuff, but there was nothing happening when it came to the relationship and character development. We don’t get to know the motives of other characters, we don’t really see them change, we don’t see how Jun and Jun fall for each other. We got new characters and possible love interests that made it even harder to keep up with the plot. There was a lot of confusion.
Choi Jun & Lee Jun: the two look good together, I can’t argue with that, but there is absolutely no relationship development. We don’t know why Choi Jun (still) loves Lee Jun. We don’t get to see how Lee Jun falls for him. They don’t spend enough time together for them to get familiar with one another again, so they don’t know each other well enough to justify their present love. The actors were okay, but I feel like they didn’t really get the chance to show everything. I felt each Jun got a specific label and all of their personalities and actions were reduced to fitting that label. We had the hot director Choi Jun and adorable ex-idol Lee Jun. Both of their characters were not developed enough.
Actually, most of the characters were not developed enough. However, they were a nice addition to the series. I really enjoyed seeing both the old office workers and interns together. And Kim Yeong, she was such a cutie pie!
Another thing that lacked some development, some explanations was the love square between Lee Jun and the three men that were enamored with him – Choi Jun, Song Hyun Jae and Chim On. It was a mess. And one that left me mostly confused. The flashbacks related to the said love square left me mostly more confused as to what happened in the past.
I do admit the side couple was adorable once the two started to spend some more time together. I liked them paired together a lot more than seeing them pinning over someone else. I loved their dynamics and their playful bickering.

A Simple Office Romance Story
**Brief Synopsis**T (Manager): Jun
B (Intern): Jun
- Beginning (Ep. 1-3): B is an idol-turned intern and starts working at the company T is a manager at. It is revealed that T and B were once childhood best friends but T disappeared one day. Immediately upon meeting each other, T starts flirting with B, who doesn’t take things serious, especially after finding out T has a fiancée.
- Middle (Ep. 4-7): B tries to avoid T and the focus is put on B’s time at the company, with little attention given to the lead couple.
- End (Ep. 8): B finally confesses to T that he likes him and T tells him that he likes him too. The show ends with them getting intimate as a newly formed couple.
**My Opinion**
WHAT I LIKED ABOUT IT:
- The actors playing B and T. Their chemistry was amazing and their interactions were cute and sweet. They also do a great job in portraying the affection between the characters.
- The actors were really good looking.
WHAT I DIDN’T LIKE ABOUT IT:
- Episode 4-7 were extremely boring and could have been taken out without impacting the overall story.
- Very tame intimate scenes which can be a disappointment.
- Plot is extremely simple and predictable. There aren’t any plot twists or memorable moments.
- Usage of miscommunication as source of angst: B thinks that T is about to get married which upsets him. He leaves without letting T explain and then proceed to avoid him.
- B and T’s relationship didn’t have enough buildup, cheapening the final confession.
**Conclusion**
An OK watch but won’t be revisiting again.

Hmmmm...I don't know
So the idea was cute about two childhood friends rekindling and starting to get closer but the execution wasn't that good.I'll start with the good aspects of the series, namely the cuteness and handsomeness factor. You can't deny that the cast is to die for. The acting was okay but of course it could have been better. I also liked that they actually kissed and not just your average KBL kiss. I also liked the weird conversations because you don't really talk about you know what getting bigger and bigger in a KBL. I almost died of laughter at that point.
However, there were too many missing links. I was missing a lot of backstory about the idol life, the love life, the fiancé that added nothing to the plot... I wanted less of the back story so the actual love story would be believable because ...when and how did they fall in love? I don't see it.

Overhyped. Needs A Lot Of Notes !
I'm so sorry if my comment was not nice or anything but i really do feel like this series is just overrated, It okay but wasn't that good either. Nothing memorable in this series caught my attention. If you saying im being biased, then you should watch 'The New Employee' that is how you do a great romantic office drama. I feel like watch this series just bcs i want to see how this series will ends, not because i want to see their interaction or anything.Story : So many things happens in just 8 episodes with less than 30 min duration. Not a lot of interaction between 2 male leads, they only have most of interaction in the early episodes and last episodes like... Also the last episode kissing was really bland for me, theres no atmosphere that bulit with their kissing, the scene just change and suddenly they're kissing. That's not how you do romantic scene please. Also the side couple that really doesnt affect main leads CP why do they have to make it like they're chasing the same guy while in the end they are ended up together ?(they already tgt in the first place anyw)
Ost : Ost is okay the only i liked is Stay Your Night, the rest is okay enjoyable but not that memorable.
Acting : I feel like their acting is already good, but again the production makes it looks like just so so. Wasted potential.
I dont think I would rewatch. I dont even remember what just happened in the pas episodes. If you really liked this series, I bet you should try to watch 'The New Employee'. No offense im just saying that darma is has good and really proper production.

they took all that potential and threw it out the window
You've got two cuties, at least one of them with stunning visuals, and you just kind of dropped the ball. The story wasn't bad, but it wasn't good. I like a childhood sweetheart type of trope, especially when they meet again after years. But this one didn't really make much sense, and they didn't build the story enough to make it mean much. The office romance aspect was cute but just.. there was no point to it. I honestly wonder if they wrote all of the "fun" scenes before writing the story, and then wrote a story so they could showcase some of those scenes.
The acting was... okay. Honestly after watching a couple of clips, I thought the chemistry was going to be fire, but it was just meh. There were some tense scenes, but they had such potential to do more with these actors, it was super disappointing. Personally was not a huge fan of the main character, he was the damsel in distress type that can't do anything himself, and the times you're supposed to see him as "cool", you're really just watching him be saved by other people.
Overall it wasn't the worst, but you could definitely do without watching the whole thing, even with how short it is. Out of all the KBLs I've seen, this one is probably lowest on the list.

Last scene in ep8
I really loved this scene, which was full of emotion and feelings and lots and lots of hot kissing I really wanted the effects of the kiss to be stronger and for their kissing to be more emotional and rough . I was hoping for the scene to last longer and for me to see some of the clothes being stripped 🤭💗In the last scene, he held a condom in his hand and they left us to imagine how he would use it, what he would do, what would happen, and what sounds would soon fill the room heheheh 🤭🤭🤭💗

Light BL with seducing lead(s)
This drama slays and serves well with alluring actors to play the lead roles. It boosts the fondness of the viewers to continue supporting the show; all thanks to the sexual tension and eye-candy visuals of the cast. The story alone is obviously too bland and feels too rushed with how they emphasize the romance between the characters. They introduced us to Lee Jun and his three suitors which eventually led to the two of them being matched in the end.I also feel disappointed that the production did not utilize the concept of scents in relation to the main couple’s journey of love. Yes, they implied this in some of the scenes but I feel like it is not enough. Despite the slow progress, I am happy with the two Jun’s chemistry on each other. These two can literally act unlike some of the BL actors out there.
There are some complaints I have with this show but you can tell that Jun & Jun is actually a fun light BL drama with a luscious cast to fill up the gap in the story execution. I fell in love with the manliness of Manager Jun and team leader Hyun Jae. Looking forward to their next project/s in the future and hopefully, another BL-genre!

It was a waste of time
I liked the synopsis of the story and was excited to see a somewhat low budget production (because I loved Our Dating Sim). But overall the leads didn't spend that much time together to really form a connection and looking back, I can't remember too much plot in general happening. I don't know why, but I was taken out of the action completely several times in each episode, and I was very much aware that this was a film shoot, with a set and a crew behind the camera. I was never really pulled into the story, I oftentimes didn't fully understand the dialogue and what they were even talking about (this could be the translation's fault).I liked Ki Hyunoo as Choi Jun, but I didn't get a good feel for Lee Jun, who he was as a character, what his motivations were. Just his opinions in general. He was a very passive character, he sometimes felt like he was supposed to be a y/n insert character for the viewer. It always felt like the plot happened TO him, not that he was actually an integral part of the story. I just don't see the reason as to why three handsome, talented men would be into him. I might not like the other characters as much, but at least they had agency and were more fleshed-out characters with their own opinions, dreams, etc.
The more I think about it, the less I actually enjoyed this series. I would not recommend it.
