Awful
Having loved the first season, I looked forward to seeing this one. Unfortunately, it is a mess and was incoherent. It is essentially filled with a bunch of self-indulgent individuals who think the world revolves only around them. They lost their personalities in this series and turned into one self-indulgent, narcissistic pity parties. Some of it was actually quite cringy and difficult to even watch. This should not have been made, There was no chemistry between the main characters and almost zero connections. In other words, this for me was awful.Cet avis était-il utile?

It was rocky
Overall/FYI: I was hoping for a bit of fluff (at least in the beginning) but it starts off angsty and we have poor communication and lack of character growth with the cliche ex girlfriend causing problems. I'm torn between 6.5 & 7. I paid $7 USD to watch on Upstream.Content Warnings: side character death off screen
What I Liked:
- nice to see Beshie again and the BL references (pillow, his shirt at the end, posters on his wall)
- it was good that Beshie had some public service announcements/education things but it felt preachy at times
- good throwback to the massage scene in season 1 and they had a cute moment
- I was glad they communicated in episode 1 but how long did they go before having that conversation? Too long I bet.
- there were some good scenes such as when they have honest conversations and the winter scene
Room For Improvement:
- this was basically a re-do of season 1 but much less enjoyable and a worse ending
- they should have put a condensed version of season 1's ending at the very beginning to remind the viewer how things ended. Then at a minimum shown some fluffy montage moments at Lolly's house so we get a sense that time has passed (ideally I would have liked 1 or 2 mostly fluffy episodes at Lolly's house. I could also see some friction/drama happen at Lolly's house too). The way they started this season was so confusing, there's an angsty scene and then who knows how much time has passed until the next scene. The conversation with Beshie was just telling the plot instead of showing what all happened.
- that odd love triangle, they could have made it a poly relationship but didn't
- many non logical/odd things, I don't have the energy to list them all
- I really disliked some of the camerawork, especially the 360 shot towards the beginning
- they did not act like two people who love one another. What an odd greeting (covid is not an excuse). Who doesn't look at the other person at all when having a serious conversation?
- did not appreciate the two minute horror movie trailer at the start and how the episodes don't start until around 6 minutes
- the episode 1 ending was probably supposed to be a cliffhanger but I had no idea what was happening so it had zero effect on me
- I had to contact Upstream because it said the last 2 episodes were expired even though I never watched either of them, luckily Upstream fixed it in a couple of days

Unnecessary addition
As other reviewers have mentioned, this was a S2 that did not need to be made. Its not as bad as that it shouldnt have been made at all, and I liked the acting, the realness and parts of the story. However, it did not add anything to the og story. They could have just let that ending stand w/o this whole 8 ep. S2. Such a waste. There is hardly any character development, the side couples are weird, there's hardly any skinship, let alone fluff. No chemistry like in S1 (what happened?) It's almost like there was a contract that had to be fulfilled, but nobodies heart was really in it.Cet avis était-il utile?

A terrible sequel to a brilliant first season
Season 2 was TERRIBLE.. it really ruined a perfectly good season 1 of a show... the time jump with beshie and kulas made no sense... the editing in the last couple episodes was atrocious.I was so confused about the BeshieKulas story .. I was like huh ? did kulas and him start fooling around and I missed an episode or something.. cause it went into overdrive out of nowhere . I think Kyo's inexperience showed really bad in the second season... he just can't do emotional seasons and it made me very uncomfortable to watch.

Shaking my head confused
I really enjoyed watching the first season. I related to the characters and all. When they announced that they were having a season 2 I was mad excited, really happy until it was just straight disappointment. I don’t even remember what happened with Judah and rocky storyline on s2 if I’m being honest so I have no comment on them atm. I was just confused on kulas this season. At first I was like okay he’s feeling Che but no he was feeling on beshie too which made me really confused more. He led them on and didn’t even tell them both at the last minute if I’m not mistaken and they all stayed together at the end?????? That relationship wasn’t working from the jump what kulas needed to do was stop all together to figure out himself more before anything else.Cet avis était-il utile?
Good actors but bad story
Quarathings 2 really don't catch me, AT ALL. i feel like this Judah drama and the way they treat the things is so childish I can point a lot of things that make this season worst that the first season (the first seasons was not that good) but c'mon, the guys are not that little, they live a adult life, and then act like that? The comic reliefs are bad, all of them, I think they are cute together and they can make things work. The soundtrack doesn't catch me but is a little good. The actors are good actors like a man that can make the Judah role is such a good actor because mannnn what a pain in the *ss, the problem is only the story.Cet avis était-il utile?
