An angry Xiao Shang Qi confronts He Xiao Ran, only to encounter one of Xiao Ran's listeners who is about to commit suicide. With Shang Qi's help, Xiao Ran manages to console the suicidal man. They engage in a heart-to-heart talk afterwards, during which Xiao Ran discovers that Shang Qi left their graduation party due to an urgent call and that he didn't know about Xiao Ran's declaration of love.
