Friends show the daily lives of cast members from Heart Signal (South Korean dating reality TV show) while highlighting their budding friendships and romance.

EXchange (also known as Transit Love) : pairs of ex-couples live under one roof and reuniting with an ex-lover or meeting new people.

This is a side story of both Heart Signal Season 2 and 3.

Casts from seasons 2 and 3 get to meet each other with a designated allowance for their dates. It could be a friendly date or something more. Furthermore, there's a new friend they could meet not from the two seasons.
