Yi Man Man is greatly disturbed by his experience with the last Door. He eats raw meat and goes after Jiu Shi. Lan Zhu explains to Jiu Shi that the reason he started Obsidian is to purify the game, i.e., remove all the violence and brutality. He confesses that he’ll need help to complete Door 12 and he wants Jiu Shi to do it with him. Despite the slim chances that they’ll make it out alive, Jiu Shi agrees to accompany him.
