Just finished watching this and first thing I have to say: WOW ! This sure is different from the usual K-dramas yet still this has all the cliches you'll find from pretty much every K-drama.

When I started watching this drama I had only one reason: Jung Jin Young from B1A4. However right from the beginning of the first episode I was really captivated by the randomness and funniness of the drama. After the first two episodes I thought "Wow, this sure is not your average K-drama".

Then when the story moved along, it started to get a little messed up at some points if you didn't pay attention to what's happening on the screen. I mean you have to look at every little detail in the show to understand its real meaning.

This drama had it all: comedy, romance, family issues, revenge, tragedy and what else?

I liked every little detail of the story and I liked how the side stories and the main story all went to one at the end of the drama. It was nice to see how things changed and how the "puzzle got solved" as the story moved along.

The ending was what I really liked. I mean the very last scenes. Some might think "What was that ending all about? I don't get it." and some might say "Was that supposed to be an ending?". To me it was the perfect ending. A new beginning. There's no other words to describe the ending.

Then, should I talk about acting? I was really mind blown by the fact that this was Jinyoung's first time acting. Okay, at the first episodes he wasn't that good but as the story moved along his acting got better and better all the time.

I really loved the way the cast portrayed their characters really well. It really showed me that they chose the right cast.

About the music... It was really good. I think this was one of the few K-dramas where there isn't any singing in the OST in the insert songs. The opening and ending had. The insert music was really captivating. If anyone has watched Utsukushii Rinjin (Japanese drama) or American show Desperate Housewives you'll know what I mean.

I wouldn't rewatch this because I already know the story. If I am going to rewatch this it would be just the first episodes or then just some random clips from here and there.

I think this is one of the dramas that you need to watch with your brains to understand the real meaning because the plot is made up from so many "pieces". That might be the only problem in the plot... Which is why I gave 8 to a plot instead of 9.

Overall, I really liked this drama. When I was reading the comments I thought "What? How can they say this is boring?". But then again, everyone has their different tastes.

I really recommend this to everyone who needs a break from the usual K-dramas.

I just finished the drama and WOW is it really different from your typical Korean drama.

The drama did start off hilarious; I found myself enjoying it right away with all the crazy humor thrown into this drama (some not so appropriate for the younger audience either). I also liked how this story had a sort of moral to tell the audience-that you shouldn't judge by appearances or to be yourself and not drown in a never ending sea of lies-and it wasn't portrayed in a cliche, cheesy way that makes you want to roll your eyes constantly. It did move kind of fast since it is only 12 episodes but at the same time, it didn't feel rushed.

One thing that I haven't seen in a while in dramas are surprises. Everything started to feel predictable, but this drama was different. It was so well planned out, I didn't even see it coming until it actually happened.

The cast was amazing too, acting and all. The director made excellent choices to choose these people for their roles.

I didn't realize it until I had to rate it, but I realized there was no actual singing in the soundtrack of the drama (either that or I somehow missed it). Depending on preference, this can be good or bad. I personally prefer some catchy song that goes on every time a cute scene shows up or when a certain character enters the scene, but that's just me. Having only instrumental music could also enable the audience to focus more on what's going on than the song that's playing.

Overall, I loved the drama. The plot was very unexpected and meaningful. It was also very funny, and also very sad. I don't know if I would watch it again, just because there are surprising parts and well, they can't be surprising a second time can they?

'She is wow' don't give a respite. Things happen very quickly.
With a little craziness it deals with fame, power, family, love and other human feelings like guilt, grief, betrayal ... But, It wasn't deep enough to leave a strong impression. And even if the show suprised us sometimes, we were able to guess certain events through the clues that were given.

The last episode was a little bit vague and unclear. I guess that we will never know the true nature of feelings that linked the characters .

However, " She is wow " was very refreshing, sympatic, sweet and different. Not everyone's taste, but worth watching.

Hat off to Jung Jin Young !

When I watched the first episode, I straight away thought "this is the most laugh-out-loud funniest show I've seen in a long time". And the first half of this drama really was hilarious. The characters are crazy and delusional and strange, and none of them are particularly nice but you somehow like watching them anyway. Plus, they actually have some proper makeout scenes, which is so very rare in a Korean drama.

As other reviewers have said, it starts getting more serious and losing the humour as the drama goes on, and it loses some of the shock factor as well. But it's still enjoyable for the most part.

The acting of all concerned was fine. Jinyoung surprised me, I wasn't sure he could actually act. But nope, he was great.

Now, technically, this drama was all over the place. The editing was jumpy, there were odd time skips, they would randomly drop plot points, characters would just change their minds about things without actually showing the audience why or when that happened... But they are all things that you just come to accept with this show. It's not perfect, but it's very funny and sweet, and well worth watching.

Okay, so i started watching this drama because of Jinyoung. And already in the first episode i thought it was very exciting. It comes off as a very simple, and a little boring when you read descriptions of the drama. But when you watch it, you find out that it has a lot of plot twist and more conflicts than you would've thought off. The acting cast is good. Great actors and characters. I thought that Jinyoung would might be a mediocre actor, but he surprised me and i really liked his acting. Especially his character, its fun and he really comes off as a troublemaker. The only music is the opening song, which is only instrumental. Other than that i couldn't find any OST from this drama. Maybe i will re watch this again, but i don't think it would be that fun when you know what's gonna happen. What's good about this drama is that it surprises you. Overall a great and exciting drama, that i would recommend ^^

I started this drama since I was curious about the comments about the craziness and I was pleasantly surprised that underneath the twisted comedy, there was a warmhearted message.

Story - The story is very interesting as usually in kdramas the innocent main character comes from a complicated family situation but in this drama, the main characters ARE the ones making everything complicated and messy in the family. The main 3 characters are so selfish and uncaring of others that the only person we could really relate to was Sung Gi. But as the story progresses the story deviates from its light humour and goes onto a serious path of revenge which some viewers found off-putting. However this was the only way the 3 mains could gain character growth and in the end I found myself rooting for them and their future. The ending was bittersweet but had a hopeful message which made me happy.

Acting - Everyone did well but I think Jung Jin Young definitely was the best and portrayed Minkyu wonderfully with the voiceovers. Hyun Kyung shone nicely as Ah Ra and really showed us why she was WOW!

Music - Nothing to memorable but the opening instrumental is unforgettable! It's just so fun and catchy!

Rewatch Value - I don't rewatch dramas but I would if I had to. Especially with the first episodes which are really funny.

If you are looking for something fun but serious (towards the second half) to pass time, try this drama out! You won't be disappointed!

Okay, I do admit that I was extremely skeptical of this drama's quality after first reading the summary. An aging actress struggling to keep her name? I basically rolled my eyes at the lackluster description. However, I proceeded to watch anyway. I'm sometimes pleasantly surprised with how great dramas can be, so I decided to give this one a chance.

One of the best decisions of my drama-watching life.

|| STORY ||
The plot itself doesn't revolve around a mere few unlucky events, but rather a constant string of unpredictable obstacles. (Some were a bit predictable, but not everything in life is a huge surprise so I won't discredit them for that.) The show may start off a bit slow, but that's only to introduce the main characters and their main objectives, I believe. By the second episode, I think, things do pick up -- and quick! Don't look away for even a minute, I'm serious. If you do, there is a good chance you will miss possibly vital information. There are no pointless occurrences, either. Every single detail leads to a bigger event, or so it seems. This story is filled with jaw-dropping plot twists. If you want a show you can watch mindlessly, please move on because She is Wow will capture your full attention.

|| ACTING ||
The acting is wow! To be honest, I've had to push myself through a drama to complete it simply because of bad acting. In the case of She is Wow, though, there did not seem to be an unprofessional thespian in existence. Everyone did amazingly in conveying their characters' attitudes, desires, sins, virtues, and secrets. And I absolutely MUST take a brief moment to speak about the man most people watched the drama for -- Jung Jinyoung, leader of B1A4. Seeing posts of him in a drama, I assumed he was either a minor or a supporting character. Never did I suspect him to play such a huge role, especially since he hadn't many acting jobs in the past. Either way, I was blown away with the portrayal of his character, Gong Min Gyu. He did amazingly well with conveying a trouble maker too prideful to give in to the loneliness his parents unknowingly inflicted upon him. So, all-in-all, the acting was substantial.

|| MUSIC ||
Usually, I'm accustomed to the soundtracks in dramas having sappy lyrics. This drama's music was strictly instrumental, and it was a bit refreshing. I sometimes feel as if the drama is telling me to cry and be sad when the music intensifies and a strong, emotional voice sings about love or loneliness. My only complaint is that the music wasn't really memorable. I did enjoy it, though, each time I watched the intro.

|| REWATCH VALUE ||
At the moment I don't feel as if this show is one I could rewatch so soon. I know that I would rewatch it, but no sooner than a few months from now only to give myself time to forget a good bit of it. This drama, I feel, is one to be watched and appreciated once; howbeit, maybe even a second time only to look for hints of events that surface later on in the show.

|| OVERALL ||
Overall, this drama was grade A and it is one I would definitely recommend!

Started off so good and by the last episode I was not only ready for it to be over but I really did not enjoy any of it. Actually only finished it to watch their son who I adored from start to finish. Wish the writers had stuck with the strong storyline from the beginning and had not fallen into the confusing mess that was this shows 2nd half.

.

Unhinged wild ride. A train wreck that doesn't stop. At the end of every episode there's a new revelation to one of these wild hidden secrets. Although it was interesting but it's a total mess with the limited runtime. It was all about the twists and secrets.

A short drama about a celebrity who is facing family problems. And they are not simple ones. Her husband confesses that he is gay and brings home his lover, their son's past tutor, the son is rebelling and falls for his teacher. Plus, her career is on a downfall. The performances were good and the emotions were all over the place, with the son-teacher story stealing the show as it was very touching. The story about the tutor and the big secret was interesting enough. It did felt like the drama ended half way, but then it picked up again and was entertaining through the end. However, it felt like something was lacking. Maybe it was the fact that the plot felt forced, as the twists seemed a little artificial. Finally, the ending was just silly, as they twisted the facts and changed the whole thing. So, 4 out of 10.
