Treat it like a short movie. +/- 85 minutes of BL goodness. It i best not to compare it to other BL dramas or movies from other countries. They are way ahead of South Korea in this aspect. Once I stopped doing that, I enjoyed it more. For a drama/movie that had little to work woth, it gave viewers a lot to enjoy. The acting was spot on; I did feel heartbroken when the separation we saw coming happen.
I am glad their choice of muic sparked feeling when it came down to those intense scenes.
Let us hope South Korea will take this as a challenge to improve on all of this.
Spoilers:
Hye Mi's Mom was my favourite character in the drama, because she represented every BL watcher out there who rooted for our boys. As soon as she saw them together, she knew exactly what was going on and she never stopped believing in their love T_T And when she hugged Kang Gook all on her own, oh, how I wish it was me!!!!!! (♡•♡)

Love Requited
I thought the series was excellent. It drew me in with the storyline and the actors. I enjoyed everything about it, except that it was approximately 80 minutes long in total.I would definitely watch it again. I do not think we need a part two. Too often a second part ruins it all.
The music was okay. It did not turn me off, but it was not the kind that I felt the need to search for either.
I thought the male actors were excellent choices, but the females were a bit forgettable. That is more of the rule than the exception in this type of series.

I was so excited when I first heard about the show because I love kdramas and, as a member of the lgbt+ community, I love seeing queer stories being told. I know this isn't the first Korean bl, but it is (one of) the first times we're getting to see it in mainstream media, and I really hope it's not a one time thing!

I won't say much to this, but it is really really really well done. Since I can't come up with negatives, I won't be using my usual review format.
This series the acting, the music and the story is really well done.
The actions of the characters are relatable and its just so touching.
Especially the dialogue flows really well between our two main characters.
It really hooks one from the first episode to the last.
The setting is also pretty and yes I know the setting is placed in school, but its really not a cliche.
Both actors are really handsome and even if I dont think that should be a deciding criterium, it is really nice to look at.
My recommendation : Watch it :) Support it.

They made a Korean BL series with a healty relationship, likeable characters with a lot of chemistry and good acting? That also had a happy ending? Will miracles never end?
When I first saw it's gonna be master- servent type of relationship I was like not again! I hate those relationships cuz one partner has more power then the other and treats the other partner so badly but somehow in the end they are in love. Its not a healty relationship at all. That why this drama surprised me. It may have a master- servant type of relationship but that's not the feeling I got. Like they were so much more and they saw each other as equals, there was respect.
Sure the plot was a bit predictable but it still was enjoyable and beautiful. I had to wait so many years to get this kind of good drama. It was worth it.
Can we now make one with 30 min ep? Or 16 ep? I hope there will be more fantastic dramas with healty relationships like this, in the future with all my heart!

Korea rarely makes BL dramas, furthermore a BL drama that has a happy ending. Although Fantagio Entertainment said that this drama is just "bromance", anyone who has eyes can clearly see that the couple is more than just bromance. (Fantagio, you clown) This just highlights the Korean's mindset towards LGBTQ+ community/ couples/ people. I really enjoy the drama. The story did not include too much angsty scenes which can cause the drama to be draggy. At the same time, the story did not include too little angsty scenes for the drama to be boring. The story may be a little bit slow to some viewers, but the drama managed to showcase the thoughts and self-doubts of the characters on their way of becoming a couple that is not widely accepted in the society. It portrays a realistic approach and problems in relationships.
I like how at the ending of each episode, there will be different songs played. And all of the songs have nice melodies too. I can see my future self rewatching the drama countless of times. Even though the drama consists of only 8 episodes (it may be insufficient episodes for some viewers), I am able to finish this drama when I am having a break on school days.

Our wish came true
"Where your eyes linger" has instantly become my favorite BL drama as soon as I've finished it. Yes, you have read it right and I'll try to remain calm while I write my review I promise :)The story is honestly good, it starts light and then goes more and more serious. Their acting is so great, it really looks, sounds authentic and real which is perfect! Their chemistry is such a precious gift for us. I like every single episode, not once I was thinking about dropping it.
The OSTs are all splendid, it is perfect, it fits the drama, it goes so well with the drama and it is such a pleasure to hear those good songs.
The fact it is short also makes the rewatch value high because it makes it easier to rewatch and I'm enjoying re-watching the drama again and again. But I also have to say that the fact it is short is both good and bad at the same time because I would like a season two, or a remake with longer episodes, and others South Korean BL dramas because it's really great and promising :)
As expected from South Korea, this BL drama is very good. For a first BL drama, South Korea has set the bar high, and I'm not exaggerating. It's really promising! This drama literally makes me so happy, it's a pure blessing from heaven so thank you very much to the cast, to the singers, to the producers, to all the people who have worked on it, to the staff, to everyone :')

Short But Filled With Awesome
This was probably the shortest Asian series I’ve ever watched. Definitely the shortest Kdrama - even shorter than Boys’ Archery Club! And because of that, there was little time and space for background info on the leads. I would’ve loved to learn more about Tae Joo’s family, about why his father was so hard on him and what happened to his mom; and also about Kang Gook’s family since we didn’t get any info on them at all; and about how they met too, how they got to live alone together in that luxurious house...But despite that, I did love what we got, given the time restraints. The way music was used to enhance scenes, the inner thoughts etc., this reminded me more of Jdramas than Thai BL dramas. It felt like we were supposed to read between the lines in places, to figure their past ourselves. As a fanfic writer, I love it this way because it allows you to fill in the missing pieces yourself, it gets your brain going, it makes you think.
Also, considering this was one of the very first actual gay Kdramas ever, I have to shower them with kudos for choosing to give the boys their happy ending instead of going all dark and gloomy in the name of art or real life tragedies or whatever. That was a really nice surprise!

The actors acting was really unbelievably good since they don't have much dramas, they even made me cry because they really show the character well I'm impressed with Gi chan(tae joo) I hope he gets more drama because he deserve it!!!
