SO so very wondeful
This is a BL drama but also so much more. It is beautifully written and the plot has just enough twists to keep you interested but not so many as to wear your enjoyment out.It is essentially a fairy tale - but fairy tales can still deliver strong messages and be wondrous at the same time.
The actors are well cast and the actors perform very well together making their characters develop well. As always the supporting cast are weak and overly given to playing pantomime in a way you see in all Thai and Korean drama. I know that almost seems a cultural requirement but I do wish that directors would move on from this. Asian drama has moved a long way forward in the last few years and this drama shows that.
The story is in some part based on the novella "The Little Prince" but is not just a reworking. In many ways the most recognisable aspect it draws from the novella is with the insights it gives to the human condition, on life and death, love and obsession, dreams and reality.
From the outset it is clear that the ending was going to be a difficult task and by the time we got to the last episode I nearly stopped watching as I couldn't 'bear' the story to end as I feared it would. I am glad I stayed the course as the ending is quite superb and beautifully done.
It is truly the best show I have watched all year. Thank you so much.

Refreshingly poignant
This series is simply amazing, though extremely difficult to watch if acts of abuse and violence ultimately distractsyou from the larger story. There were times I wanted to get Tofu help😂 Like blink twice if you need to be rescued. Lol...Nevertheless, The story is very relatable and thematically rich, it strives for honesty as opposed to acceptable sterility and safety. It is without question my favorite bl for the year and ranks high amongst my all time favorites. A Must watch🙏🏾❤️

Beautiful and deep
If love, unblemished with ego, jealousy, and attachment, was to come alive as a person, they would be like Tofu I guess ....<3BL needle score: 7.5 - Reasonably strong BL-ness, interspersed with serious themes
What an absolutely beautiful and deep series this is...while many other Thail BL series have hinged on magic realism, this seems to have taken it to another level altogether. 16 episodes with an average duration of 1.5 hours, that is a whole day/24 hours, and yet, I binge-watched it.
Should you watch it? The short answer is YES. It has avoided many usual tropes and pitfalls of Thai BLs. Hats off to the team that they stuck to their guts to keep the episodes at 1.5 hours length and refused to cut corners, which helped with a layered and nuanced portrayal of sensitive and difficult issues such as mental health, childhood trauma, toxic social-cultural traps that many parents forced their children through, and so on....
It also beautifully captures how we get caught up in our own lies, even with the best intentions, how jealousy, attachments and inner insecurities stop us from being our authentic selves and hurt everyone in the process.....and how love (Tofu personifies love to me in this series) is the only force that can ultimately brings us towards closure and peace, so that we can look towards the future with some hope and happiness.....
Off course I also have my axe to grind with the ending, not because how it ended, but more for the pace of it. It felt completely rushed at the end without giving the characters and viewers some time to grieve and adjust to Tofu's storyline, and also find some closure before being able to 'move on' and look to the future with hope....I just don't get why the team, after making such long episodes without cutting corners, had to rush through the ending...I'm wondering if they faced the same pressures as Nut's boss in the series, Juea.
It would have been much better to show a break in the storyline like '2 years later' or '3 years later' before showing how the characters moved on with their lives....that would have given Nut, Na and all others a reasonably acceptable time to grieve Tofu (yes, the Teddy's presence notwithstanding) ...without that closure curve, it seems like all the people who were so deeply touched by Tofu and his love, just quickly went past him and went on with their lives...which is plain disrespectful and insensitive to a character who was as important as Tofu.... and that is why it seems so painful and unacceptable for most of us, I believe...it would have been also good to spare 5-6 minutes for the Saen-Jan storyline to show what happened to them afterwards....If not for these gaps, this series would have figured in my list of Top 5 Thai BLs so far, but because of this issue it will only do so in the top 10.
Nevertheless, I maintain that this is an absolutely beautifully crafted series ...the only other Thai BL series that I think comes close to talking sensibly about such difficult issues is probably '180 degrees longitude passes through us', and 'Khun Chai', though both of them only scratched at the surface, while this series goes deep and is thus a cathartic experience. It somehow reminded me of the series '13 reasons why' which also dealt with difficult subjects of mental health, jealousy, suicide, guilt, trauma, power and the likes, though it was way more triggering and raw...
Kudos and a BIG THANK YOU to the entire cast, crew and team for making this series. Definitely recommended!

WTFITS
Ok ok so I'm not gonna lie, I have no idea what I was expecting and I'm not sure if I found it. I'm giving this a solid 7 because it had me f***ed up on several occasions with good, bad and ugly emotions. lolThe MC aggravated me quite frequently with his overreacting and unnecessary outbursts of anger about EVERYTHING. I don't think this series needed 16eps/ 1hr 1/2 long eps to get it's point across. It got a little boring in the middle and seemed to continue yet not progress.
Overall this isn't the series for you if you want lots of intimacy. This isn't just about romance or even the struggles for LGBTQ+ people in the world. It's about cherishing all loved ones, forgiving others and most importantly, learning to love yourself. You're not alone and there's more to life than what you're forced to believe or see.
Side note: Legit I spent most of this series asking myself : "What The F*** Is This $***?!"
Enjoy...

My Thoughts about The Miracle of Teddy bear. I am here to express all my thoughts on this series. This series is good because it tackles about LGBTQ, Mother's Love, Alzheimer's Disease and About Thailand's Justice System. I learned a lot in this series. One of the best and Unique BL series this 2022. They set the standard !. We all overthink. Miracle happens for a reason. We can't blame Tofu's decision in the end. Thanks to the cast because I was carried away by their acting. They deserve an award. This series is good.
I'll rate it 9/10 Why 9 ?. The ending is a bit sad and a plot hole like what happened to Jan? She should also be imprisoned. It reminds me of "Not Me" the series of OFFGUN because that's how the Justice System of Thailand is, Nothing is above the Law but if you have money and power that's what will happen. TRD (Saen's boss) should be jailed.
I also want to witness Prib and the woman she will meet. Ayiieeee. And more exposure to Song and Gen. We're expecting Season 2. Petition that The Miracle of Teddy bear will have Season 2 because I know not everyone is satisfied with the ending. Mixed emotions.
😭😆🥺😍 Sana all may Tofu in real life🧸 ♥ ️

A good story with bad ending
After finished watching, I now know why it's famous like some other bl dramas eventhough it's much more better than them. The ending sucked. They ruined everything at lastACTING : All the actors done a fabulous job. I personally like the one who portrayed tofu/neung. Difference in Facial expressions, body language, every tiny details he showed between tofu and neung is truly remarkable.
Story : The story is somewhat messed up although it had so much potential as a concept. So many flaws and loopholes being justified throughout the show
First one is they made tofu look like neung is not a necessary but they made it so they could show a mystery for a couple episodes.
Tofu having his own memory and heart full of feelings just to get used and thrown out.
Nut's father expecting love from his wife. He clearly married her knowing she doesn't love him and it's benefits in his life. He just simply coveted his brother's love by scheming.
As for Nut, it's my first time I ended up hating a protagonist. (The actor did an amazing job) The character is a big Red Flag. If he really loved and couldn't move on from first love, he should have searched for him until he finds him. Since there is no one stopping him from doing so. His uncle did the extreme so that the woman he loved and her child could live the way they like. Even after tofu's actions start remind him, he didn't thought of finding him once. He just wanted a replacement for tarn and thrown away tofu once again he has tarn. 👿
I was furious watching the ending. They should have let tofu die. They made tofu watch nut and tarn romance in front of him right after he died.
Only the women's characters are justifying regardless of whether they are good are bad. They are true to themselves.
PRODUCTION : I think the production team should have done a better job. Each episode has 1 and 1/2 an hour running time. But it's like watching watching it in 0.5x speed totally annoying.
I liked the drama only until ep 12. A potential story has been wasted I believe.

What did just happened??!!!
Is it only me who think this series justifies abusing in the name of love??!The series is realistic, and tackle many dark sides of life, triggering motions and scars that embed inside many of us. But still It hit me hard when tofu said ( you can hit me if you mad at me.. in episode 10)
I mean how sad it is to get used to be abused by your love and justify it in the name of love. I cried badly in this scene. The entire series I see nut only as immature jerk who hide behind his difficulties and make it an excuse to hurt every single one around him.. he shout, hits, punch, abuse, take advantage on every single one around him in some way.
That one doomed teddy bear😔 he is like how old. 3 month ? His existence is miserable an any aspect. How come he is so mature snd wise more than that jerk who he is in love of him.
And this cruel ending.. the writer should’ve let him just die for good instead of bringing him back to continue his misery and watching his love and his love’s ex making out in front of him.. not only this, the writer made him happy to watch them.. I mean seriously???
The series is good and well done in general but it could be better.
One last thing😁 where is my sweetheart song and gen kiss , we deserved one kiss from you mr writer 🙃you better make it for us in special episode

I had for more
I love plots that contain fantasy, mystery, so I expected a lot from this series. The performance of the main couple was excellent, but it didn't help much in the show due to the plot that was given.Seriously, after they killed the being that I love, poisoned, the other comes and with a simple I'm sorry, everything is solved, I hit him at least until I couldn't. I think the actor's name is YUDO, I couldn't convey the feeling of the character who, like a thorn in my shoe, couldn't make the plot better.
Anyway, despite that, it was nice to see

Warm hearted Tofu beary
Every thing about this series is good. It you start watching it you feel like you are watching some Disney fairy tale! The visuals, ost and background music are amazing. Each character has their own preference and Even side characters are described nicely. This is not some lovey dovey BL or some random BL with NC or steamy kiss scenes! But you will regret if you don't watch this series! This series contains every thing and you can see a good chemistry between tofu and nut and also other couples! there are cute kiss scenes and a little more!Because of this series, I started to assume again that non-living things too have life! During childhood, I used to talk with my Plush toys(teddybear & mickey mouse) and I always wished god to make them alive! Unfortunately they only listen to my words but can't express their feelings! This series has really brought my imagination back! I love this series very much!
This series is a BL which they took in thai lakorn style!
Ending is kinda sad but still satisfied with that ending! Tofu is back! Even though he can't talk /walk/eat/express his feelings anymore, still he is nut's favorite! This is not a random BL we watch but it is scripted in more creative way with perfect ending! Nut got his past love which he lost due to circumstances! Tofu remained as a miracle that occupied a place in everyone's heart surrounded by him! Everyone thinks that tofu died and it's a sad ending! but one thing we should know that tofu is a teddy bear from the start and he came to nut because of tatharn's yearning towards nut! So it's a good ending for tofu to became a teddy bear again! Tofu represented the true meaning of love. No matter what, Nut have tofu to count on and also in future tofu will be there cheering for nut. Here I liked the unconditional love of both tofu and tatharn, they both love nut deeply! Miracles do happen in every one's life and it's a gift from our devotion towards our work/loved ones/ our life! When we have an unwavering, unbreakable and unparalleled fondness and devotion for our loved one's then extraordinary events may occurs into our lives too! I wish everyone gets their own tofu into their lives!
Watch this series without thinking about ending, then you may not get hurt and will like the ending too!

This show is TOO MUCH
1. There's a lot of back plot that makes it hard to like the characters. After knowing the mom's history, I genuinely hate the mom's character. Like she's just terrible. I don't like watching stuff where I don't like the characters.2. The show is too long, and a lot of the plot is highly unnecessary. 1.5 hrs and 16 episodes just killed me. I wanted to keep pushing through, but I just knew I could not.
3. The show had too much to say and needed to cut a lot of it out. Though I appreciate the activism in the show, there were too many points they wanted to make all on top of a fantasy plot about a teddy bear coming to life.
4. With Tofu being a teddy bear and all, he did not have to be as young as he was, and it kind of makes it weird. The age gap isn't unbearable when you look at Song's relationship, but because Tofu has that whole "you're my owner/master" it makes it weird. I'm not even one to be mad at age gaps, but that one wasn't necessary. Also, the fact that both of the couples are age gaps makes it weird.
There's more that I just won't get into too, but the show just has so many plot points and it's exhausting. It wasn't necessarily a bad show but when I don't like most of the characters and I feel overwhelmed by the plot, I just don't watch.

The series which fail
When I began I had hopes but toward the end and spoilers I understand it is not for me, I want to see a series with happy ending and here we didn't get it. There is enough sadness in life we not need them in series. When Main Character end as not exist and the other end with support Character.
This is not what I want to see.
the two main have good chemistry and one of them give all himself for what for not stayinf alive. to a guy he didn;t have connection with so many years?

Profoundly Sad Tale
This is a difficult series to review. It is NOT entertaining and at times gets tripped up in its own minutia. There is no real love in this series. It is more pretend or school-boy fantasies of love. The main protagonist is unlikeable. The reason for my anxiety about this series is because of its glorification of abuse for the sake of love. No one is worthy of love who is abusive and to make matters worse, this series paints a picture that the victim is the one who is wrong. I know what it was trying to say but for me, it failed and I wept at all the overt and covert signs of emotional, physical and psychological abuse dispensed like candy in this series. Production is excellent and by no means am I implying the the actors/actress were bad. They were not and in fact there is some very good acting in this series. Its the message and how it was presented that is bothersome.I could not re-watch this series again.
