I Told Sunset About You (2020)

both are about friends turning into lovers. the leads separate and meet after some time gap. one of the leads has a had time accepting his feelings. there is tension between the leads in both series

Both have school/college theme.
Both are well acted and well casted.
Both have great OST
Both r so sweet to watch

-Both have male teens coming of age and falling in love.
-Both have a lead that is working hard in school and is annoyed by the love interest but also secretly like them
-Both have one character that is confident in his sexuality and is supportive and understanding of another one that is struggling with his.
-Both really show the emotional roller coaster that the characters go on, due to one of them not being able to accept themselves. They show realistic journeys to self acceptance.
-Both have complex characters that are likable but make mistakes
-Both have really good acting and a couple with chemistry on screen.

Both shows figure nadao actors and have this very quiet, thoughtful and artistic vibe to them that is rarely seen in bl shows

idrk what to tell you about this series but these two give off a similar vibe and are basically one of my faves so maybe you’ll like the series 3 will be free^^

It could be the blue shorts, but ITSAY gave me Love Sick vibes from the very beginning. Both have that raw, vulnerable, and uncertain feeling that accompanies young love and discovering one’s self. The filter used in ITSAY also imparted a retro feeling that took me back to the early days of Thai BL.

Both are stories of teens coming of age and falling in love, set in beautiful seaside towns. ITSAY is a bit more dramatic and has a lot more going on in the background, but it is also much longer. His is simple, short, sweet and very genuine. Both are very well written and have great conversations about what it is like to fall in love and grow up as a young adult.
