Library Wars (2013)

The sweetness and the cute romantic relationship in both movies are quite similiar. The comedy part in both are also similiar.

"Love 911" is a Korean romance, comedy & drama movie, while "Toshokan Senso" is a Japanese romance, comedy & action movie.

In both movies the male lead have a character of taking their jobs very seriously. In "Love 911" he is a fire fighter and in "Toshokan Senso" the male lead is part of a Library Force.

While "Love 911" focuses on the romance and drama part, "Toshokan Senso" focuses a little bit more on action than romance.

Although they are set in different eras, the movies are similar in their fight against an oppressive regime. They have a similar feel to it, in terms of action and the buildup to the climax. Both have very well shot action scenes and wonderful camera work.

The dynamic of the main couple is pretty much the same.
ML saved FL during their younger days.
FL idolized ML but couldn't remember his face.
ML became FL's drill instructor.
Both are about protecting what dear to them (the people & the library)

Both movies take place in neo Japan. Both movies are very similar..........................................

Both Flight to You & Library Wars have similar instructor - trainee dynamic between the male lead & the female lead. Both FLs have strong sense of justice & have moms who are against their choices of careers.
