Long Khong Series (2020)

Unexpected entertainment

I decided to watch this to support Boun and Prem and got surprised that I got hooked and glued til end.
This this series killed off my two artists early, the way the story was directed made it pleasing to watch. There are a few scenes that could have been done better but overall, I would say that this is recommendable for over 18 viewers.

It can be chaotic towards the end and viewers assumption could play the role in the confusion. I think the ending is one of those few scenes that could have been done better.

Otherwise, good production, Director and casts.

Poderia ser bem melhor

Sobre a história: Por ser uma série tailandesa me surpreendeu por tirar o foco exclusivo das universidades, a história é boa mas o final deixou a desejar, não achei justo depois de tudo Lilin sair vitoriosa e Praew morrer daquela forma, o mínimo seria Praew ser inocentada pela acusação do vídeo, a professora que sugeriu culpá-la ser punida e tal. Nos prometeram um casal Boun&Prem e nos entregaram um casal imaginário, o único casal BL da série (Min e Justin) não teve cenas memoráveis. O personagem que estava a fim da Lilin deveria ter descoberto a cobra que ela era, enfim, muitos furos.
A atuação da protagonista muito boa, a fotografia maravilhosa e a ost super coerente.
Gostei, porém não assistiria de novo.

Disappointing

(First I watched this drama because of bl. And if you re watching it for the same reason drop it because there is no bl whatsoever.)
However I will try to be non biased but no promises....
Let's begin with the review

STORY: The story seems a quite immature to me. I have forced myself to watch 4 episode because watching another episode would be a great torture. The story played well for first episode but in the next three episode(for me) it doesn't feel good. It was off pace and everyone started dying(of course it is horror and death is evident) but whenever someone died no one would grieve for them. Hell your friend died and you are just enjoying your life? (This was a big shock!)

Acting: (Well I don't know much about acting so I will judge them with my current knowledge) Kin, Nat, Dan, Aya, Dan and Brave acting was done very well however Praewa's role wasn't handled very well. Lilin's acting was good (I don't know much about her)

Music: It was okay. (I don't have much to say regarding it because I was too angry at the story)

Overall/Rewatch value: I can't finish the rest of series so I am pretty much sure I won't rewatch it. (I will if I want to anger myself to death that is. And that is not likely to happen)

Meh...

I heard about this series from a BL Instagram account and it piques my interest due to BounPrem and the fact that it's a horror series! Upon watching the first episode, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the series (thus far)! The story was intriguing and really got me riled up! I got so angry that Praewa (who is trying her best to make friends and fit in) was getting bullied by all these popular 'jocks.' And why the eff was she getting beaten up when she wasn't even the one in the video with Brave? Yes, the dance team members, specifically Aya thought that Praewa was the one in the video, so they beat her up. Why? Because they thought that she 'seduced' Brave. Even if she did seduce him, she literally does not owe Aya anything. Brave is the one in a relationship with Aya, not Praewa. Brave should be the one who gets beaten up, but no, he's a guy. It's easier to target the 'mistress.' It's not his fault, but the 'mistress' who seduced him. It's not like Brave was dancing seductively with other girls in front of Aya at her birthday party. I DESPISE when stories perpetuate victim-blaming and use this plot point to amp up the drama and further the plot. It's cheap and influences society that women are the one to blame. But I must admit that it is also effective as it really gets the viewer angry. I truly hope with all my heart that Praewa gets revenge on the dance team members.

On a side note, why did Brave lie and say that the girl in the video was Praewa? I'm guessing that the girl was probably a good friend of Aya's and most likely part of the dance team whereas Praewa is the outcast.

Episode 2 was okay. It was kinda boring, but it was nice seeing those bullies begin to get killed off. Not sure how this story can sustain 10 more episodes though. It seems like 3 or 4 more episodes should be fine for this story. I may actually drop this series as the only BL relationship was 'fake' and one of the pairs died already by the second episode. I'll give it an episode or two before I decide...

Episode 3 was quite boring as it resulted in another death of a classmate. The story is quite dull now and since there is no more BL in the series, I've decided to drop it. It's not worth it, especially since the story is hardly interesting...

I tried

It started of so good. The bullying scene on the first ep was one of the best physical bullying scenes I've watched, HOWEVER for me at like the middle of ep2 it started to get kinda confusing and annoying. I'm gonna be honest, I started watching it because of BounPrem, but honestly even if they were one of the main leads or even a couple I don't think I'd EVER finish this, also I saw a lot of people talking about how bad the ending was but I didn't even get there. Overall it started getting boring for me and that fucking abscessed girl is an amazing example of why some famous ppl friendships end.

not worth watching

i just started cz of bounprem. bt I'm disgusted. i know It's about black magic. i wasn’t comfortable at all. Not everyone can watch it actually. this genre is not my type at all. i dropped it after 2 episode. they made boun character dirty. that main girl wasn’t even at fault. it was creepy tbh. so whoever want to watch it because of boun prem just Don't. You'll regret it big time. I don’t know what happen at last. and I don’t want to know either. I should have read the reviews beforehand. if you want to watch it bcz of bounprem just watch their clips at YouTube.
