Boss falls for worker but Feng Teng is more straightforward thank Koji. Like Boss & Me a lot better.

FL work hard for her family and is very down to earth because she comes from a middle class family.

In each drama he plays in, he gives his special touch of sex appeal that can make each drama become amazing.
seems like he has a grand future ahead of him, I am actually looking forward to any drama he acts in.

The key similarity is that in both shows the ML tries to help the FL (who is a subordinate) to do their job better but gets misconstrued as just being a tough boss. Both FL are plain nice people.
