Pim is a 30-year-old modern woman compared to traditional Thai standards. She is independent, smokes, drinks beer. She's a businesswoman who only believes in herself. Komsan, a rich man, wants Pim to marry him. She doesn't want to follow traditional ways, i.e. have husband, have children, stop working and stay home. So she refuses, but he doesn't give up. Bird is an uneducated young man from the countryside. He works as a prostitute in a club for women, but he's fed up with his life as a gigolo.
