Douluo Continent (2021)

Both are about a bunch of youths, different levels/phases of martial arts, lotsa good fighting, solid CGI but the differences are….. The CGI of Duoluo Continent is closely related to animals because their cultivation is tied to nature, there is no political theme, production budget isn’t as high, just cos BoY has superb beautiful sets and costumes.

- ML is weak in the beginning;
- ML likes only the FL, no other girls;
- FL is a special creature;
- ML is kind;
- ML creates his own group in the academy.
Douluo Continent is much more interesting though.

Also about a bunch of youths with different characters+background that become a clique.
They all first meet because they go to a ‘special school’

Also a production by Wang Juan.

Both dramas are performed by Xiao Zhan. Although they are in different styles, Xiao Zhan performs every role very well. I am sooooo love Xiao Zhan. His performance and singing both are excellent, especially he is very good-looking. Whenever I see him, I can't help smiling!!!

The similarities in using supernatural martial arts as a means of fighting. Comedic elements in both as well.

Douluo Continent is a fun drama as well. IT has the element of cultivation world and a great teacher.

Tang San, the lead character in the "Soul Land" (Douluo Dalu) Series, was once an outcast among outer sect disciples for mastering the forbidden Tang Sect skills. After death, he was reborn as the son of Clear Sky Douluo Tang Hao and Blue Silver Empress Ah Yin, retaining his previous memories.

Both projects are Xianhuan genre, they are about an underdog who secretly has great powers.
If people love stories of growth and discovery then they will love Douluo Continent at least as much as they loved Fights Break Sphere, if not more.
Both dramas have a leveling-up system, for their powers.

This one has no fantasy but it has a similar vibe to it. Entertaining, wuxia/martial arts, fun team dynamic. The best part for Vigilantes? THE CAST. Wallace Huo, Liu Shi Shi are incredible here, only 30 eps a fast and entertaining drama
