Qing Yao finds a very injured Ling Xi next to the pond with the war report. She takes her to Jiu Chen who just admitted to Madam Yuan that he killed her son. Qing Yao releases the war report and Yuan Tong yells to stop. Everyone knows that Yuan Zhang was the one who was bad not Jiu Chen. Jiu Chen takes an unconscious Ling Xi back home and stays by her side until she becomes conscious. She tells Jiu Chen that she wasn’t going to show anyone the report that the secret of the Yuan family should not be made public.
