First Sword of Wudang (2021)

The only good thing about this drama are the fighting scenes and the scenery. The rest is very mediocre. Acting is so-so, especially the main leads. Costume is not eye-catching and reminds me of those 80's hongkong wuxia drama that I grew up with (although production quality is slightly more advance). Although the number of episodes of this drama is fewer than most costume dramas, for me it felt very long.... I was excited at first because the first 5-6 episodes were good but it went downhill after that and it's a slow burn and the main male lead in the beginning was so annoying and took a long time for his character to grow. I wouldn't recommend this drama, well maybe if you want to see the fighting scenes. I really like the fighting scenes, it's rare finding one with this many fighting scenes these days.
