both has a similar story with a poor girl completing tasks in order to earn money by living under the same roof as a group of brothers who are potential heirs of a rich man. Even the first task of making all of the brothers/cousins to eat together as a family is similar. Both has the girl having a mysterious background which will be revealed towards the end of the drama. The Korean version is more drama with some comedy while the Japanese version is more comedy than drama.

In both dramas, Horikita Maki plays a tough girl who suddenly finds herself in an all boys' environment and slowly gains the boys' love and respect. Both dramas have 'over-the-top' humor and episodic structure. Both are friendship oriented with a bit of cute romance thrown in. Both have a powerful moral. Basically, the feel of these two dramas is extremely similar and if you liked one, you will probably like the other.

The story are completely different but both drama have the same type of humor, rather off the wall. They are just hilarious (well you like it or you hate it).

Both a reverse harems. The girls are surrounded by hot guys. To put it short, in both dramas, the girls are faced with a dilemma and in order to overcome it, the guys help her in their own way if they can.

I thought the humor was similar. The girls are both hard-working and surrounded by a bunch of guys. In my opinion, both are really great if you are looking for something light-hearted and absolutely adorable. :)

The female lead lives with multiple people.
With the help of the people around her, the female leads do learn to be happy and find a place of acceptance.
Cat Street is a bit darker than Atashinchi no Danshi but AND is better written. But both are pretty good in their own right.

FL is a housekeeper who helps a bunch of boys from a failing boy band become successful and reach their dreams.

The romance involves an older woman and younger man.

Six high school boys with different personalities are forced to live together when they learn that they are siblings. The premise is similar. It's about how they clash at first, then form bonds and become a family. Both dramas are hilarious and fun to watch.

When I first watched Mei-chan no Shitsuji I immediately thought of Atashinchi no Danshi. The main charachter of both drama's are poor, but then they discover that they came from a rich family. They have the same vibes, and the story is quite different, but the same.
