Both are of a girl that is sweet, lively, and not so knowing, loyally falling for a guy with full knowledge of it being unrequited. And due to some mishaps they have to live together and she is always at his side continually showing her affection for him although he seem interested in someone else it slowly starts to rub off on him. With a fantasy twist to it I'm sure you'll enjoy.

both dramas have genius but cold male leads who fall for women who are their complete opposite through the help of their overly meddlesome family.
the male lead is both smart and they try to tutor/teach the female lead. both the female leads are also trying to get the attention of the male leads first.
It's similar in the aspect of like story, but when you watch Playful you will automatically think of the lead from Goong because they are quite similar a well as the fact they are written by the same screenwriter so if you enjoyed Goong you most likely will enjoy Playful Kiss, you will also have the teddy bears at the end of each episode.
