Rich girl, poor guy meet. Rich girl lives with poor guy with kids. Definitely a fish out of water story.

a princess meets a man who changes her life and makes her work hard, plus they both get stripped of what they have to learn a lesson.

Both dramas have a main character named Yamada Taro who's from very very poor family.

Both show the life of individuals/families who are poor, but most importantly how they overcome all obstacles and still live life to the full, teaching those who are rich there is more to life than money, status & power

an ordinary guy and celebrity woman.

Both dramas are about single fathers, both light hearted fun watch.

Very similar storyline about a rich woman with a high status and a poor ordinary man. Watching Takane no Hana was very nostalgic and brought back fond memories of when I watched Celeb to Binbo Taro many years ago.

An ordinary guy, single father of three kids, and a celebrity who is like the Japanese Paris Hilton.

Both leading ladies are from a upperclass backgrounds and have lower class butlers who take care of them and come to care for them in romantic light. Celeb to Binbo Taro is the oringinal drama while My Fair Lady is the remake.
