Xiao Long Xia sets up her brother with Wen Qiang, but Liang Jun Zhuo tries to steal her away. They get into a fight and as they are running away, Xiao Long Xia grabs the emperor to run away. Bai Yun Fei finds them and they clear up all the misunderstanding. The emperor feels like Xiao Long Xia is the special person prophesied to help him, but can't get past the fact that she is a gangster. But Xiao Long Xia's advice changes the emperor's mind.
