Reply 1994 is the second one of the "reply" serie; so you might like it.

Go Back Couple and Reply 1988 gave me the same emotion after watching them. Both dramas are so relatable and meaningful. I laughed and cried a lot watching both dramas, such an emotional roller coaster! Family, friendship, romance; all are wrapped perfectly in both dramas. (and also the theme song of Reply 1988 is played for several times in Go Back Couple)

Both dramas have stories of childhood friends turning lovers and daily life stories (slice of life) of the different families in the same town/neighbourhood.

If you liked the set up of the first episode with the tease of the wedding, and then a whole drama about figuring out who the husband is then the Reply series is for you. Reply 1988 focuses more on the husband hunt and heavily dropping hints. Love Relationship is much more mellow in that aspect and just lets you enjoy the ride (the progression of the narrative is in a relatively chronological order, while Reply 1988 bounces a lot between the past and the present or the future.) In Reply 1988 both of the male leads are friends, much like in Love Relationship, but are far more closer imo (they're true bffs, while in Love Relationship I feel like the screenwriters failed to portray closeness & the supposed friendship between male leads). If you like slow-burn romance then this drama is for you: with 20 episodes and most episodes extending into 1 and half hour mark, it's a long ride you're gonna enjoy. That being said, don't be afraid of the length of the episodes! Reply 1988 is so much more than just first love; it's also about friendships and family. The main cast is large and each get their own story so you'll have plenty to enjoy!~

not so similar, both are very good and quite unique dramas, hard to recommend something very similar, but both:
*about good friendship and same time love triangle between friends.
*both dramas have rare unpredictable love triangle, when you can't guess who will FL choose. Also, for viewer both guys are likable, even though we always choose one and ship FL with him, in these dramas, you will like/love/understand other guy too.
*period dramas (one historical, Goryeo period, second 80s),
*quite positive feel and nice watch.
*very beautiful cinematography.

Both of these shows are focused very heavily on families and how they affect us, both balance comedy, romance and drama amazingly and their characters are both written beautifully. While Once Again can deal with more heavy issues (but not too heavy) these two shows will make you feel happier for having seen the characters and your own self reflected back from the characters.

Both dramas feature a family centric plot with romance, parent son/daughter relationships, and a community raises a village underlying message.

The friendly and judgmental but honest neighborhood, women's friendships, kids' lives, and conservative thinking of the 1992 era make this drama similar to Reply 1988. The cinematography and background music also reminds me of this Korean drama.

Both are abt childhood friends who grew up together and rely on each other. Each with their own troubles and secrets. Time gap in both.

I had the same feeling watching them, I think they have much in common. Both dramas deals with family and friends relationships as the main plot. They tell us about Korean family life in a heart-warming and hilarious way.
While Reply 1988 is set in the past, Super Family 2017 is set in the modern times.

Both are about the friendship, family and romance in the neighbourhood set in the 1980s/1990s. Both female lead has three different guys surrounding her-one who likes to badmouth & bicker with her; one who has a secret crush on her; one who has good looks and results (likes the female lead in a Good Way but not for the one in Reply 1988). Lastly, there is also a guy who jokes a lot in the neighbourhood.

Both depict the story of how it was growing up in a particular time period. Although they include the main characters love stories they equally concentrate on their family life, social issues and the influence they had on the lives of these characters. Romance is not the most important part of the story, it's simply part of their lives, as is family, friends and everyday obstackles they have to overcome. If anything, they are the stories about family, growing up and what kind of adults they became while dealing with changes in the world that surrounds them.

Both dramas involve childhood friendship and a love triangle. These dramas depict youth, life and friendship. The two dramas have adorable female leads! "Because It's the First Time" is a quality drama you shouldn't miss.

Even if Reply 1988 is korean and In Time With You is taiwanese, both of them are about family and relationships. There is the topic friendship turns into romance and also younger memories. Both of them are very enjoyable.
