Both are BL. Also cooking and food is one of the main theme. In sugar dog life, the MLs live together for a while and in Aki and Haru, they live together for the whole plot. A quick entertaining watch
Lost romance has the same general plotline. The female lead is transported into a 'romance' novel. However in Lost Romance we do not have the historical aspect as in Choose One of Four. In both of these the female leads are also quirky and fun as well as straightforward. In Lost Romance we are also dealing with a love triangle while in Choose One of Four (disregarding the title) there is only one male lead.
What they have in common:
Male leads in love with the same woman.
Multiple revenge plots: the governor, the female lead and the villain male lead.
Power struggle for the Governor position.
Female lead with amnesia and forgotten identity.
Rape, pregnancy and forced abortion.
Sad ending.

Similar plot lines with the couple meeting at different stages of their lifes where the ML loves the FL more and all the consequences of it. Don't want to give away spoilers but many similarities in the events also and similar vibes...
Like its Japanese counterpart, this is also a drama set in an office scenario. While it is not exactly Boss/Employee, it is about two office workers in any case.
Both have smart and strong ML and FL. ML is secretly royalty and both are power couples that love and support each other. No annoying love triangles (if I remember correctly). If you liked one, you’ll definitely like the other. Overall very similar dramas!
This is a second season to first season which was mainly about....
Baek Je Na is a third-generation conglomerate and a gold spoon of the highest class at Cheongdam International High School. Kim Hye In grew up in poverty and is offered a chance to study at the Cheongdam International High School in exchange for her silence on a murder she witnessed. Cheongdam International High School is a homicide mystery that follows Je Na’s rivalry with Kim Hye In as they are pitted against each other in mental warfare.

I know these have nothing to do with each other in a sense, but the "time travel" aspect kind of gave me this sense of, if you make the wrong decision someone you love could die. Lovely Runner of course is not a BL, but I found the ending to be more satisfying than 4M.
Also LR has some what if moments to it, while also being a thriller. Not as cinematographic as 4M, but has some comedic moments to make up for that.

A washed up mature male who ended up living with a mentally challenge younger family member. He struggled with life but has learned and indirectly help the youngster overcome with their life challenges.
Uncle niece relationship. Rough uncle, weak niece but their relationship growth. Bad and evil people surrounding plotting to break them apart
Both has uncle that just came out of jail, had rough time, live with niece/nephew, both struggle but loving, caring and bonding came naturally.
Both has uncle just got out of jail, uncle that seems rough outside but kind heart soft inside. Uncle helping niece/nephew, and vice versa
