Both stories are older woman / younger man romances.
In Biscuit Teacher Star Candy it's a student / teacher relationship and in Ruk Sutrit it's a teachers assistant and a boy she tutors who fall in love. Also in both the male lead starts out as immature rich brat only to grow and change because of the female lead.

Both dramas have the same director, screen writer and lead actor, so while watching you might get the same feeling.

But that's not it. Both dramas don't focus on the romance directly. In "Pasta" it is about working in a restaurant, while in "Miss Korea" it is about working out to be Miss Korea and managing a cosmetic company.

Beside the lead actor, Lee Sun Gyun, actors Lee Sung Min and Choi Jae Hwan also acted in both dramas as supporting roles.

The sweetness and the cute romantic relationship in both movies are quite similiar. The comedy part in both are also similiar.

"Love 911" is a Korean romance, comedy & drama movie, while "Toshokan Senso" is a Japanese romance, comedy & action movie.

In both movies the male lead have a character of taking their jobs very seriously. In "Love 911" he is a fire fighter and in "Toshokan Senso" the male lead is part of a Library Force.

While "Love 911" focuses on the romance and drama part, "Toshokan Senso" focuses a little bit more on action than romance.

Both female leads due to circumstances in their lives disguise themselves as males in their youth & young adult years. They later go on to become strong female leaders in male dominated surroundings.

Both of them deal with Gender Bender and homosexuality but only through a funny point of view. Both of them are wild and crazy and even a little stupid.

Characters go through the same situation but I'd say that A Moment to Remember has much solid writing and acting.
