Both female leads are supporting actress or "nang'rai" who fall for cops.
In Nang Rai Sai Lab, the female lead goes to work with the cops on their case, while here the female lead tries to find an answer to her own personal mystery.

[Spoiler] The third episode of this drama and Sirius are sharing the same theme, all about drugs, also again with the presence of Seo Jun Yeong in both of the two, with an excellent representation of handsome Seo Jun Yeong, you can see how he can play an evil character as his excellent performance in Sirius!
[Spoiler] this movie and the first two episodes (1&2) of the drama are shareing the same theme, about one crazy man fascinated by beauty, so he kills women to creates his own woman from other bodies (the parties of his victims).
Both dramas have female lead as teacher in the ancient academy, see how they manage the naughty students and how interesting they handle the lessons. Both have romance involved, also bickering otp at first. There are also cute supporting characters inside.
Both deal with eccentric genius male leads who use their smarts, and slightly twisted mind to solve murder cases.
Love the second leads in both of these dramas. It is for different reasons but both of the leading ladies have a ruddy unattractive appearance. Both dramas follow the usual Rom/Com formula (leading man is successful and handsome/leading lady is hardworking and has a good heart). In both dramas the leading man is drawn to the leading lady due to his own insecurities/fears.
Love the friendships in these! Both are about supporting your friends as much as they are romantic comedies. In both of these dramas, the leads knew each other as children.
Both movies are based from true events. Both are about patriotism and perseverance. :)
What they have in common :
Both are Romantic Comedies. Hwang Jung Eum is the leading lady in both. In both, leads met as children and meet again as adults, although there is more of a connection as children between the leads in SWP. Both follow the typical Rom/Com formula (beautiful but unfriendly male lead/ hard working female lead). Both have wonderful second leads.

King2Hearts was 100% better. If you want the training, the growth of a playboy into someone formidable, who never looses the romance and fun in life, K2H is for you. The female in K2H is also 100% better than the character in 7th Grade. To me, 7th grade tried to pull a K2H and failed badly.
Both dramas have Eun Ji as the female lead and in high school setting. Romance involved.
In both dramas, the mother abandoned the daughter and remarried to a wealthy family after that.
In both dramas one of the partners loses his/her memory and can't remember the person they were married to or why they did marry them.
Both drama depicts inspiring stories of school life..
About love, conflicts, friendship, betrayal, character development and fulfilling of dreams...
About learning from one's mistake and making it right...
Both also has a love triangle with really good chemistry...^_^

In both there is a suspicious cast of characters a whole lot of dark secrets and at least one dead body.
