Both of this drama are the same. The 2013 one is a remake and the other one is the original. Everything is the same, I think the difference is quite small. The setting is the same.

- The Male Protagonist in both drama are superstar

- The Female Protagonist in both drama are ordinary and seem like lonely

- Both of males became the center of attention of the school cuz they're "superstar"

- Both of females doesn't have interest in them

- Full of comedy

- The males like the females first so they try to impress them as hard they could and they try to be more understanding to what they're feeling

- Not a SAD ENDING

- First characters doesn't like each other because of they're status like the guy think he could never date someone who's too ordinary and the girl could never date someone who's think he's all that just because they're famous but in the of all those they started fall in love and realize it's not what society or status that decide to who you can love , it's you.

If we're talking about "Genius" this would fit the category. He's medical examiner who specializes in rare diseases. He assists with crime cases suspected of involving perpetrators with rare conditions, and offers plenty of unique medical insight while teaching viewers a thing or two about a few rare diseases.
