it started with sadness, the crying face of Kang Chul broke my heart, but as in every episode the suspense was back making us to not know what to expect.

I never saw Lee Joon Gi acting before but he is soooo good, just with the half of his face and he is able to show us different emotions. 4th price's story is so heartbreaking.

Dr. Lee Yeong Oh has become so cute :D the way that he avoided to hear her answer for his confession lol also later when he called her on phone it was so funny .

i liked that he have started helping the staff of the hospital and they are like a family in there.
