I'm positively surprised.

So far I really like the show, although this episode is still introductory and shows new connections between characters. I'm surprised that I like Baek Ja Eun, judging by drama description, I thought she will be completely different, but she seems a good and fun girl. I like the way she and Tae Hee first met, I wonder how they will sort it out later. Off to episode 4 :)

How to solve issues - kdrama style

Somebody tells you that somebody did something, you don't go to that person and ask to explain themselves, but listen to everybody else around you, then when you confront that person you say " I don't trust you!" and walk away leaving the other party wondering. Seriously Soon Shin? Seriously?

Let's go Sparta! :)

I think Siwon is there just to brighten my day

^-^, but frankly I don't expect superstars to act any differently in real life. He is very believable in playing a narcissistic jerk, without being overboard and still being a likable character - sounds contradicting but that's how it is for me. I like how it shows many different people coming together to create a great show, and the Producer is the mastermind of it all :)

I forgot to emphasize that before...

but I really like the characters and the whole plot. It's all about their dynamics. Think about it : a veteran ruthless producer and a young fresh writer, if they really come together and learn to compromise, they're able to make the best drama ever - well, but will they?

Oppa!

Well, of course the story is intense, lot is going on... but the scene I love the best in this episode, was Siwon's and his 'singer' girlfriend 'Oppa!' scene... ^_^ His character is just ridiculously awesome. He always makes my day! (well considering I'm watching one episode after another, should I say- He always makes my episode? LOL)

Here enter the Idol...

I love Siwon character, he's great in this role. Of course he is arrogant, of course he's ignorant and self-centered. But he is so much fun, and you can sense some kindness and thinking brain in him... well sometimes... :)

work romance

Their reunion was great, with the intensity of kdrama romantic scene :) Although it was strictly work related ^_^

it's getting into me..

I'm at the point when I get emotionally invested in the drama and the characters. Why he have to die?! Why good characters misunderstood and resent each other?! Why the bad guys are so annoying and powerful? Why I can't treat watching it as a trifling pleasure? Why it makes me feel sad... It's just a drama... just a story..Whyyyy?! I know I'm moaning, but I'm in this stage... I just hope something positive would happen soon.

Fun and weird...

Keiko's character is sassy, the girl is quite cute, but her character is not yet developed and there's is Gackt... Gackt! I think his character is interesting, I'm hoping he will have some great secret, it would be suitable for him.

Oh it's the end already?

Great satisfactory ending, very emotional in the process, but then with a positive conclusion. Great drama overall ;)

sad

That was so sad, no matter what might happen next, my heart was breaking the whole episode, Jiro-Shota scene... Kimmy is outstanding, he makes Jiro character very believable.

Fun!

Although the topic was rather serious, there where some preciously hilarious moments in the episode, like Jiro vs obasans. I wonder how the relationship between Jiro and the other

racer is going to develop, mutual hate or mutual understanding? I don't get his ex - all she does is to discourage him, does she hate him or something?

Kawaii!

Shota-kun was adorable! But I wish Jiro had different haircut, Kimura Takuya looks better and younger with shorter hair in my opinion (like in Good Luck!!)

Uniqueness of plot

Japanese dramas often have this. Well, who would have thought to combine story of a pro racer and of a small orphanage?! But it works so far, and both get enough coverage. I wonder if they get more connected later.

This drama makes me happy

What I like so far is that the characters are not so obvious, you can feel there is something more to them ( like every kid has a unique story) Acting is great. And Kimura's character is so funny! I love how he resolves the dramatic situations with his "I don't know what are you fighting about, but let me do my own business and move out of the way"
