Most Handsome, Masculine Actors,

So here is a list of actors that have that "man" quality, within their faces, and in their roles too.  Also more mature and older actors, to counteract the  the current trending young "pretty boy" or more effeminate  "hottest actors" lists.

  • Jang Hyuk

    Sud-coréen

My all time favorite.  Not only does he have that gorgeous masculine face but his acting is of the highest quality.  His last few dramas he was not the main role but he kept stealing the spotlight that I found myself  ff any scene he was not in.   I have watched every drama and movie of his, (exept Iris and Voice) and its amazing to see how he has grown and changed as an actor too.

  • Sorimachi Takashi

    Japonais

His character in GTO.... OLD drama made me fall in love with masculine Asian men.

Acting is decent, not amazing or he would be number 1.  face is WOW

  • Kaneshiro Takeshi

    Japonais

Can't stop staring at this guy in his films and dramas.  His passionate acting in God Please Give me More Time , one of my first asian dramas, made me his fan for life!

  • Chen Kun

    Chinois

After watching Rise of the Phoenixes Chen Kun became my new favorite actor.   Raw emotional acting that left an impression weeks after watching his drama.   Also his face is a wonderful balance between beauty and masculine handsomeness

  • Hyun Bin

    Sud-coréen

Though he definitely has a "pretty face" he is also super masculine.   A face worthy of staring at, and amazing acting too.  His ability to take super versatile roles and his double personality portrayal in Jeckyl Hyde and Secret Garden were amazing

  • Sung Hoon

    Sud-coréen

The most handsome man in K-drama.   He has not got the best roles out there but his romantic comedies are like crack,  just like his face and shirtless/swimming scenes.  Also amazing onscreen kisses

  • Eric Mun

    Sud-coréen

His acting in Que Sera Sera as a super messed up but super Alpha male seals the deal.  He is gorgoues handsome too.

  • Allen Deng

    Chinois

So far I have only really liked his character in Ashes of Love.... but he was so ridiculously hot in that amazing drama it makes up for all his other lackluster and less passionate works.

  • Yuan Hao

    Chinois

This guy can act!   Watch his eyes and facial expressions in "Romance of Hua Rong" where he plays  "Jack Sparrow".... um, I mean a dominating Chinese pirate.... cause... yeah, sure why not?

His face is ridiculously attractive and he has great chemistry  with his FL (his GFat the time apparently)     He did a number of shirtless scenes in the drama and I give him props for taking that risk as he was visibly sucking in his stomache... haha.   Cute though.   In my optinon he would be more "astheatically pleasing" if he bulked up a bit and toned more.  But it seems Chinese ML usually do not work out as much as Korean ones.... rare to get real defined "abs" in Chinese dramas.     That face though.... with that curly pirate hair and that one loose crinkly piece.... mmm <3

  • Vin Zhang

    Chinois

The most beautiful face in Historical Chinese dramas, he is beautiful but masculine..... super stare-worthy.

  • Ji Chang Wook

    Sud-coréen

Gorgeous and amazing at action scenes.

  • Push Puttichai Kasetsin

    Thaïlandais

This guy is a pretty-boy and a bit effeminate but has a lot of "alpha male" roles which get super hot.   For Thai dramas he is one of my favorites!

  • Lee Min Ho

    Sud-coréen

I love his acting and his roles

but dont like his plastic surgery nose.... otherwise he would be higher on this list.   I like almost every drama he has been in.   He is great in romance scenes too.  Favorite is Legend of the Blue Sea and Boys over Flowers.

  • Gong Yoo

    Sud-coréen

His face is  handsome but a bit off in an intersting way to make him not pretty. His acting is super passionate and his romance scenes are sizzling

  • Kim Woo Bin

    Sud-coréen

not too many dramas unfortunately but this man sizzles on screen with masculine energy

  • Rain

    Sud-coréen

I LOVE Rain in his earlier works like Full House and A Love to Kill, Sangdoo lets go to School in which it is so easy to fall in love with his character.

His more current works it looks like he either got plastic surgery or really weird makeup/hair so that puts him a bit lower on this list.

  • Lee Seung Gi

    Sud-coréen

I like his none plastic surgery nose that if he fixed he would be pretty, but keeping his natural face he has a good looking masculine handsomeness.   Also amazing actor.   My favorite of his is Korean Odessy

  • So Ji Sub

    Sud-coréen

This guy is just pure MAN.    He has many main lead roles as an alpha or cool man....  His lazy eye brings his looks into more of the masculine.

  • Seo In Guk

    Sud-coréen

More pretty than handsome but his acting is top notch and very masculine

Favorite is his role in Monster

  • Ethan Juan

    Taïwanais

    Legend of Fu Yao..... HOTTTTTT

  • Seo Kang Joon

    Sud-coréen

    Are you Human too?

  • Kim Jae Wook

    Sud-coréen

THis man is GORGEOUS but...It looks like he got plastic surgery on his nose.... and that really put me off in the begining as the nose looks too small for the face....   but after a few episodes of Her Private Life I was sold.

  • Mark Chao

    Taïwanais

He is normal good looking, not super hot in pictures, but in movement, with his acting in Eternal Love.    amazing

  • Choi Shi Won

    Sud-coréen

Has not gotten the best roles but he was amazing in She was Pretty to give serious second lead syndrome

  • Yoon Shi Yoon

    Sud-coréen

    Hit the Top

  • Lee Jong Suk

    Sud-coréen

He is more pretty than masculine but does well playing manly roles.

    And a GREAT actor

  • Ryan Ding

    Chinois

I LOVE his acting.  I easily fall in love with his characters.   His look is not masculine at all so he is lower down on this list as the list is focused on Masculine actors... but I had to include him because he is a great up and coming actor and so far all of his recent works have been great. As he gets older and if he bulks up he might become more "masculine" and rise in this list but really he is great just the way he is.

  • Park Seo Joon

    Sud-coréen

I find his face too "pretty" and "plastic" for my taste but when the bulked up in Fight My Way he got my attention.  Great actor too

  • Zheng Ye Cheng

    Chinois

Another chinese guy who has more of a "pretty/beautiful" than "handsome/masculine"  face but his acting and his roles so ffar are super easy to fall in love with.  Also he is kick-ass as a wushu martial artist.

    1. 1000 years love *The best acting I have seen of him,

    2. Let's Shake it 1 and 2 - a silly fun drama that is surprisingly also deep and engaging.   His acting in it just gets better and better.

    3. Sleepless Princess - Actually so far I am not convinced by his role in this drama and think he wasmiscast as he is supposed to be a hardened general but his beautiful baby face with "resting nice guy smile" doesnt really fit that,.... but still a nice drama to watch.

  • Nam Joo Hyuk

    Sud-coréen

Gorgeous with great acting hope to see a lot more from him

  • Lee Dong Gun

    Sud-coréen

    Great in those older dramas

  • William Feng

    Chinois

    The Story of Ming Lan

  • Mike Angelo

    Thaïlandais

He can speak English fluently which is cool.   He is good looking.   His chemistry with his FL is good but so far the dramas I have seen him in have been just soso.  Hard to find good binge-worthy Thai dramas though.

  • Kimura Takuya

    Japonais

Long Vacation was a drama i watched over and over in my teens

  • Weir Sukollawat Kanarot

    Thaïlandais

I don't like this guys dramas but he is hot.
