  • Lovely Us

    1. Lovely Us

    Chinese Drama - 2020, 16 episodes

    10

I have just finished watching this drama recently, and I could say this could be one of my few favorites for this year.  Everything in this drama is so good, except for this one thing: it only has 16 episodes. Really loved this one as it didn't just focus on the romance genre, but it also leaned on the family, slice-of-life and school genre. I really would love to recommend this one to everyone who just wants a good laugh and a breather. No major conflicts, no annoying characters, every episode is filled with a pinch of family, friends and the real world.

  • A Love So Beautiful

    2. A Love So Beautiful

    Chinese Drama - 2017, 23 episodes

    9.0

This one is an overrated one yet that doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve the hype because they just do. Typical love story between a not-so-smart and clumsy female lead and a handsome, smart and aloof male lead. A must watch.

  • Go Go Squid!

    3. Go Go Squid!

    Chinese Drama - 2019, 41 episodes

    9.5

This one needs no words to describe how wonderful this drama is. 41 episodes could be indeed a long watch but for some reasons, once you've started this one, you'll just find yourself loving all the characters in here. Another must watch!

  • Le Coup de Foudre

    4. Le Coup de Foudre

    Chinese Drama - 2019, 35 episodes

    9.5

Another favorite of mine! Since the drama was based on a true to life story, I have loved the drama even more! The characters showed great character development and everything here felt so real. It depicted a lot of things in reality that you won't be usually seeing in other dramas (because as what I have said earlier, this drama was based on a true to life story). It has no superficial scenes nor misleading characters, just the right amount of "angst" and comedy.
