Dramas that ended up being a Disaster
Dramas that ended up being a Disaster FOR ME.
maybe they had promising start... but ended being illogical, meaningless, empty shell instead of a plot.
DISCLAIMER: This is solely my opinion. My List! So if you think that any drama in this list wasn't a disaster and it's even your favorite drama then I'm very happy that there are people who liked this dramas! :) That is your opinion and it's of course respected :)

5. Vagabond
Korean Drama - 2019, 16 episodes
Well the Action was awesome!!! Seung gi was also awesome!
but the whole plot was Action for the sake of Action! I know many people liked this. And i feel bad for seung gi. But after the absolutely promising 2 eps, which i loved!! it went into absolute unrealistic plot with the "action for the action" stuff just to show nice action scenes but no real meaning? and they are just like superpower superpeople.
A lot western style. no real plot but nice action scenes and cool stuff. -
6. Doctor John
Korean Drama - 2019, 32 episodes
again, nice start, very promising, the whole IDEA is great and amazing.
but poor execution. Actors did great but the writer not.
impacts for the sake of impact, nice things for the sake of nice things. the plot is unrealistic.
p.s. i know again many people liked this. My RL friend also did. But I didn't! -
7. The Game: Towards Zero
Korean Drama - 2020, 32 episodes
unrealistic, inconsistence, frustrating.
the type of drama when one knows the future and does everything to stop it, but in the end every step just makes things worse.... -
8. Bel Ami
Korean Drama - 2013, 16 episodes
welll,,,,, i watched it back then for jang geun seok. BUT lol well this is just stupid.
rating is 4 just for the sake of my old first love for jang geun seok and my big love for IU, but i probably should change it to 1. or -102933 -
9. Cheese in the Trap
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
well..... this has rating 9 and all that full 9 is just for Beak In Ho!
this was a disaster from the middle, when suddenly the ml is gone, and many people including me is rooting for 2nd lead. then all the scandals of not giving the ml enough screen time, then ml becoming popular because of that. even though I hated how they present him. (i was a fan of the webtoon before)
then they just made a disaster ending. -
10. Call It Like You See It
Korean Drama - 2020, 16 episodes
ugh... well i love jang hyuk and i was expecting so much! the 1st ep was okish but not very good, trying to close eyes on all the irregularities. Then it went worse and worse. Just an incredibly illogical show for a detective/crime/mystery genre. Failure. Wish Jang Hyuk could find a great drama like the 2 hit dramas he was in.

11. Youngest Son of a Conglomerate
Korean Drama - 2022, 16 episodes
Soooo This was awesome, till the last ep. Then they just tell it was his guilt but in the end the past was changed. It all would have been impossible. They should have at least either left the past intact, or made that the main guy doesn't remember it and is just a lookalike. or something. Anyway it just doesn't rest in my head. Maybe if i was smarter i could have understood the great meaning behind it better ><

12. Devoir périscolaire
Korean Drama - 2023, 6 episodes
nice idea, nice acting, zero logic.
-
13. One Thousand Dollar Lawyer
Korean Drama - 2022, 12 episodes
:( 5 for characters. Namgoong Min was amazing here! <3 Reminded me of Japanese Legal High i watched before. I hoped it would go like that. but instead....... gosh....
sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sad this ended up being disastrously bad :( people keep saying there was a conflict with the writer and production company. so they changed the script and cut the drama short :( It was like promising to be great till ep 6, like "ill become awesome with one more step" and then that step was never actually made, instead it went backwards >< the people in charge should be ashamed :( they totally would have hit 20% if they didn't do what they did.
