Need a break from Kdramas but you also can never get enough?

I've found some dramas to satisfy my need to have a break from the astounding, intense plots & personalities without sacrificing my need to watch Kdramas.

While I love them sometimes I need a break from the politics, money throwing MIL's and dramatic love scenes.

A black comedy on life in the South Korean entertainment industry.  Based off an American series. Be aware that this is an adult comedy drama with it's frat boy aspirations.

The lines and quips in this drama had everything I missed about American shows without needing to commit to an actual American show. I love how they managed to bring Korean culture into it while keeping the American vibe.

*while romance exists it's more to show the difficulties of having a relationship in the entertainment industry

Secret agent Kim who never fails a mission has to go undercover as an action star's bodyguard.

This is action-comedy at it's best, like a light-hearted spin-off of James Bond. I live for Park Hae-jin and his ridiculously hilarious expressions in a suit and sunglasses.

    *20-30% romance
