- Chinese, Hong Kong, Japanese, Philippines, South Korean, Taiwanese, Thailand, and other Asian Actors/Actresses only on MDL!

- The Actor/Actress must be someone you discovered only in 2023. Maybe you have seen them in dramas before but this is the first time they stand out to you or their acting has improved. 

- The Actor/Actress needs to have at least 1 Drama released and finished airing in 2023. It can also be added to this list if released in 2022 but finished airing in 2023.

- 20 votes per user (or less).

- The average MDL popularity of the Actor/Actress does not matter.
