dramas that cater to lgbtq+ audience

In my time of watching many BL's and GL's I noticed that so so many are really just aimed at straight people with tropes that might be fun to watch but can't be really called actual queer representation- which I really need. So these are some pieces that I would like to recommend actual LGBTQIA+ people and not just fujoshi's... cuz I'm sick of fetishization haha

The dialogue in this one hit so close to home sometimes and also the issues but also hope and acceptance the couple faces. It's heartwarming and really good to see.

This is really a good but sad one. And I talked to quite a few straight people that didn't like this but I think that might be because of how real it is and because it doesn't play into drama tropes typical for BLs. But it also talks about surpressing sexuality etc

  • I Told Sunset About You

It gives me similar vibes to Your Name Engraved Herein,  so like angst, actual authentic gay representation and good music ^-^

I wouldn't say the main couples are very deep or representing but this is the only drama that has an actual Ace person I know of which doesn't just get forced into an awkward relationship just for the sake of romance or plot. Fujisaki is my fave character out of all of these. I love my ace queen.
