Anti-Trope Lakorns

There are literally no tropes in this lakorn, unless you count mafia as a trope. I don't.

Were there any tropes in this lakorn? I guess the male lead had an extremely fake-looking tattoo that was mentioned once and never again.

This was basically a Kdrama with Thai actors, so they definitely didn't play into tropes. Unfortunately, there is a really obnoxious second female lead. She's not a nang rai, but she's definitely annoying.

There's also a fake marriage trope.

There's a lot of falling into each others' arms and staring at each other while the music plays. If you can stomach that, BPS is unlike any other lakorn.

There's also a nang rai who wears red lipstick. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

No nang rai, nothing super cheesy, just a cute romance.

Fake marriage trope. ML is a jerk. FL is a doormat. However, the character development of the leads is what makes this an anti-trope lakorn.

This lakorn is unique in premise and execution. There is a villain, but she is different from your typical lakorn villain.

This was a fun detective story with no nang rai and a unique premise.

This gets an honorable mention for trying *really* hard not to play into tropes. There is a crazy psychopath nang rai, but that's the only trope present.
