Sato Saiko

She is the girl who was injured on board the Prometheus 12 years ago before the accident and was rescued by Otaro, holding a white jacket with Otaro's brother Kota's name on it, after the maritime accident occurred. She was already in cardiopulmonary arrest when she was rescued but miraculously revived seven days after being taken to the hospital. When asked by her grandmother about the owner of the slippers, she replied that she had no idea, as she was afraid to find out whether Otaro and Kota were alive or dead.

When she was a student, a boy from her school confessed his love to her, and when she kissed him and went back to the classroom, he suddenly started suffering and died, and she herself died without knowing what happened. She then somehow wakes up at school 'seven days before his confession', and the boy who should have 'died right after kissing her' is also alive, but he tells his classmates that he has 'strange dreams' when Saiko kisses him, and the rumour quickly spreads in the school, and she is isolated, and from then on try to go to places where no one knows her. Since then, she wanted to "live as quietly as possible in a place where no one knows her, and she doesn't have to deal with other people".

She is currently a part-time employee of the delivery service 'Night Delivery Service', and comes and goes from 'Narcissus' every time she delivers a package.
