Shan Shan’s new supervisor, Zhou Xiao Wei, graduated from one distinguished university before completing her doctorate degree at another equally prestigious institution, obtaining every possible accounting certification along the way. In awe of Zhou Xiao Wei’s outstanding skills, the others wonder why she didn’t join an accounting firm until she explains that Windgroup offered her a salary she couldn’t resist! Everyone finally comes to the realization that the boss and Shan Shan are so close because Shan Shan’s rare “panda blood” saved the boss’s sister, Feng Yue. (Source: Viu)

Another blood cow enters the story.

You know I would say that at this point the romance is a bit frustrating. A new "blood cow" has entered the finance department and you can already pick up the vibes that she's a schemer.

Not to mention at this point the leads feel distant from each other and from viewers. It's episode 9, I really feel like they should be more developed. More progress. The time they're together feels cold, and it's brief. Leaving little to know room for development. Big Boss is a cold and aloof male lead. He really needs to start be developed more.

I get that they have 33 episodes to play with, but I need some development!!

Shan Shan is seriously entering the realm of willful ignorance. All that's left is for someone to put on a hula skirt, do a dig, smack her over the head, and say, "Big Boss is pursuing you, and YOU like him!"

Fun moments, but the show is starting to really drag. The only thing being developed well is the product placement.
