I like Jo In Seung & Son Ye Jin pairing.

Both male & female lead end with terrible physical illness. The dedication of family caring for her were amazing. The royal friend and love from many was hesrtwarming.

Takuma and Ken both were born with issues with the same disease regarding their hearts. While Hatsukoi takes on the issue of romance more, you'll see Tori ni natta concentrates more mainly on the life and dreams of Ken. Determined to live on, fighting to stay alive aiming towards the future.

An HK version of Ghost and Always, Fly Me to Polaris stars Richie Ren as Onion, a blind-mute who’s in love with his nurse Autumn (Cecilia Cheung). Before any feelings can be exchanged, he dies in a Meet Joe Black kinda way and proceeds to win a celestial contest. This flimsy plot device states he can have one wish - which he uses to live again. They deny him that, but give him the opportunity to return for one week.

these two are the same because in UF he is told he will die, he does anything in his power to get the girl he wants. I haven’t watched IGMFLTY but i think you will like UF if you liked IGMFLTU.
