Week 6 “Combination”
Meiko is fasting to match her taste with Osaka's. Yutaro is angry and tells her to stop fasting. After recovering, they go to eat udon again, and Meiko is moved by the taste of Konbu soup. Yutaro looks dazzlingly at the sight of Meiko's interest in cooking Osaka's food. Meiko goes to the market and learns about konbu soup with the help of Genta.
She cooks different kinds of the konbu soup "Otsui", but she is shocked by Noriko who says that her older sister's Otsui is her favorite.
