The Cutest
This was only a two episode follow up for Vice Versa but I don’t think it could have been any cuter. If I was married I would absolutely plan special days like that! It was such a clever way to keep the love alive. Just wondered why Talay was working in a tent. ha ha Also, adding the kid was just as cute and was so funny in parts. The cast was great as they were in the full length Vice Versa. Jimmy and Sea make a great match as they are well suited for each other. The little kid was a charmer and was very talented. I would watch this show again.

A Missed Opportunity to Revisit Vice Versa’s Alternate Universe
Our Skyy 2, had the potential to expand on its intriguing premise but falls somewhat short of delivering on its promise. While I enjoyed the episodes in this season, I found myself wanting more – specifically, a deeper exploration of the alternate universe that the characters initially left behind. This "other world" was such a fascinating concept in Season 1, but in Season 2, it feels like we only skimmed the surface of its possibilities.Season 1 of *Vice Versa* had a unique hook, placing the main characters in a world filled with rich opportunities for conflict, growth, and exploration. *Our Skyy 2* could have been a fantastic chance to return to this alternate world and flesh out its details. What has happened there since the characters’ departure? How are the lives of those they left behind impacted? There’s so much depth to be mined, and this would have added an entirely new layer to the storyline.
The two episodes in *Our Skyy 2* that focus on *Vice Versa* characters are enjoyable, but ultimately, these episodes feel like extensions of Season 1 that didn’t need a standalone season to exist. Including them in the first season, either as bonus episodes or a mini-arc, would have sufficed and perhaps even made Season 1 feel more complete.
In short, *Our Skyy 2* feels like a missed opportunity. While it provides a nostalgic return for fans, it doesn’t quite deliver the development and narrative depth. I wish the show had taken the leap into more ambitious storytelling. If Season 3 ever comes, I’d love to see the story delve back into that alternate universe and truly explore the consequences of the characters’ journeys.

Maybe this should've been left in a different universe...
I want to start this by saying that I was never the biggest fan of Vice Versa in the first place. I didn't enjoy the acting that much and the chemistry between the two main leads left a lot to be desired. It's also a pretty forgettable show in my opinion, so I was going into these two episodes not remembering much of Vice Versa, thus not really having any expectations. And still, I got disappointed? The start of it all was pretty cute. I liked the conflict about Talay and Puen living together, but still not having enough time for each other due to work. I felt like it was a good set-up for two cute and light-hearted episodes. And it started that way. Talay coming up with a different theme for each day of the month, in an attempt to bring them closer again and re-ignite their spark was pretty adorable.
Even the child suddenly standing in front of their door, calling them "dad" didn't bother me. The child actor is very adorable, and especially Jimmy suddenly started being more expressive in his acting, whenever the kid was around. It was pretty cute. Despite not really caring for these characters, they had me in awe in some moments and I was intrigued as to what had happened, causing this child to suddenly appear.
Talay's fear - that the child might be Tess' and thusly his own, considering how Tess was inhabiting his body for a while - was very interesting to me. I think that would've actually made for a very interesting plot for a season 2 of Vice Versa (not that I want one, but there's an idea at least). Exploring what it would mean to suddenly have a child, that shares your DNA because someone inhabiting your body did his part in creating it, but you not having known about it, and now having to come to terms with this... That would make for a very interesting story to dive into. Obviously, that couldn't have been done in 2 episodes, which is why I suggested a second season. Then again, I don't really trust them enough to explore such a plot in a coherent and meaningful way, so maybe we're better off this way. Anyway! I was not opposed to this surprise child plot line. At least until we found out the reason...
Puen being the one behind this, basically using this child as a way to bring him and Talay closer again, is just plain stupid. I think he might have left his braincells in that other universe, that's the level of stupid we're talking. But that wasn't my main issue. I can believe that Puen did something incredibly dumb, in a desperate attempt to save his relationship. What I can't believe however, is how calmly Talay responded to this. Imagine you finding out that your significant other basically blackmailed your friend's nephew with stuffed animals into pretending to be your long lost son. How would you respond? Yell at them? Kick them out of the house? Break up? All very valid responses in my opinion. But not Talay, nope. He's basically as calm as ever and they then treat it as 'lol, this is a funny thing that happened'. All I could do was yell "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU???" at my screen. They had me get very upset at a special episode of a show I never really cared about, yet somehow now I was screaming at my computer, wanting to shake both Talay and Puen, as well as their friends who helped Puen.
So those are my main thoughts. If you like cute child actors and if you want to see Jimmy be as excited as he has never been before in this role, then go ahead and watch it. Otherwise, I'd say skip this one. I still think the acting isn't the greatest, and the chemistry between the leads is still lacking. Their kiss scene at the end felt as mechanical as their kiss scenes in Vice Versa did. So you're really not missing out on much.

Utter Rubbish
This was bad from the start. Either neither of them can act at all, or the directing is insanely bad. I suspect they were both just depressed having to work on such a bad show, as both actors had no charisma, no chemistry and zero energy.Puen was a smart disciplined actor and now he's writing scripts and looks like a 15 year old slob in his mums basement, and Talay has been relegated to a tent office in the 100 degree heat of the garden ??
They wonder why their relationship is falling apart. Was this script written by a 13 year old boy who thought tents in the garden and slobbing out in front of a pc was "super cool"?
They try to have some "together" time, which made their relationship look even more broken. Then they are sitting together to watch a romantic movie and start to share a deep meaningful kiss and Puen stops the kiss to throw a bag of crisps over Talays head (!?!?) *palm/face*
At that point I just gave up watching this advertisement driven trash. I feel really sorry for the actors having to work on this show, and hope they get better acting roles on a serious show next time.

SOLID
If you’re a fan of Vice Versa, this two-episode special in Our Skyy 2 is an absolute treat. It’s everything you could hope for—cute, clever, and just the right amount of heartwarming nostalgia. Talay (Sea Tawinan) and Puen (Jimmy Jitaraphol) have settled into life as domestic partners, but their routine is shaken up by the unexpected arrival of a cheeky little kid, Jigsaw, who calls them "Papa." Naturally, chaos and adorable moments follow as they juggle caring for the kid with their demanding work-from-home schedules. The episodes don’t just revisit Talay and Puen’s dynamic; they enrich it. The story captures the ups and downs of long-term relationships, especially when life gets in the way. The concept of creating a calendar to schedule time for each other is such a relatable and heartwarming idea—something every couple could learn from! Plus, seeing how they’ve both built lives around their unique talents five years after the series adds a nice touch of realism and growth to their characters.
The addition of Jigsaw takes things to a whole new level. His presence brings a fresh layer to the story, showing the challenges and joys of raising a child. Watching Puen go all soft and Talay cautiously warm up to Jigsaw is pure bliss for fans of domestic BL moments. The family dynamic that unfolds feels authentic, touching on themes of love, responsibility, and the compromises needed to make it all work.
Sea and Jimmy shine in their roles as always. Their chemistry is as natural and engaging as ever, and it’s clear they’re fully immersed in these characters. The little actor playing Jigsaw is an absolute charmer—so talented and endearing that you can’t help but root for this makeshift family.
Visually, the house is a delight, incorporating details that reflect Talay and Puen’s adventures in parallel universes. It’s a small nod to their unique journey, grounding the story in their past while showing how far they’ve come. And while there are fewer romantic moments (thanks to Jigsaw being around), the emotional connection between the leads more than makes up for it.
The twist about Jigsaw’s true origin was unexpected and clever, keeping things fresh and engaging. It’s a sweet reminder that family isn’t always about blood—it’s about love and effort. The series leaves us with a warm, fuzzy feeling that’ll stay with fans long after the credits roll.
In the end, Our Skyy 2: Vice Versa is a love letter to the fans and a beautiful send-off for Puen and Talay. It’s cute, heartfelt, and sprinkled with moments of real-life challenges that resonate deeply. JimmySea once again proves why they’re among the best pairings in BL, delivering top-notch performances that remind us why we fell in love with Vice Versa in the first place.
Whether you’re here for the nostalgia, the family feels, or just another dose of Puen and Talay, this special doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a good blend of romance, humour, and heart.

Accidental Child Acquisition - The Show
This was an absolute delight of a special and serves as a perfect little epilogue for the main show. It's basically just a short glimpse into the domestic lives of Puen and Talay with an overarching theme of "Pursuing goals and self-fulfillment is a priority, but so is actively making time to spend with your partner and creating little moments of joy and togetherness because loving someone is important and meaningful". As someone who loves nothing more than soft, meandering explorations of ordinary people just loving each other, this was basically perfect for me and I honestly couldn't be more happy with it.If you enjoyed the main show you'll definitely like this as well, so give it a shot.

Bye. I don’t think my heart can handle any more JimmySea. OH MY GOD. This is the cutest episode EVA. Like how can the director have such ideas to create such conflict between Puen and Talay? And solve the issue with such beautiful way. I just love how they include quotes at the end of the episode. AND CAN I JUST SAY JIGSAW IS SO CUTE???? Oh my lord. Bro the kid is so cute that I actually could picture them being a family. 😭 Anyway love the chemistry.Cet avis était-il utile?
