Too many convenient coincidences but still not bad

A list of the jurors' addresses will be conveniently over the judge's table, not inside an envelope, not sealed, just there.
A bus taking a life-sentenced prisoner conveniently will not have any armed escort, just the bus driver and two stupid head officers that didn't even manage to contain the referred prisoner at court.
The judge finds out that the prisoner got the address of some of the jurors, but conveniently he only texts them about the prisoner's escape. He doesn't call and warn his cop brother and doesn't warn the jurors that have been a breach of their personal information.
The prisoner kidnaps one of the jurors at night, but the next thing it's morning and he is surrounded by cops, but he leaves a window conveniently open so that the cop can see inside the house.
The cop shoots the kidnapper but conveniently doesn't check for weapons and turns his back to him to check on the victim and, of course, gets stabbed.
Only one officer guarding the prisoner (who already escape once before) at the hospital, so conveniently the shady father can't get in without a problem.
Usually, I can't roll with these kinds of things, but here it was just too much.
Still was a good episode, and the plot overall is pretty compelling and intriguing. Hopefully, they will refrain from repeating the shortcuts excessively, because that can be a signal of a lazy script.
