Both have A-Class leads and both feature great sets and stories. The Business Proposal is on the lighter side and one of the most watchable K-Dramas. Queen of Tears is shaping out to be a great one as well.

Both comedies where the girl hides her identity from the guy and has a “disguise”. Guy takes awhile to figure out that the girl is the girl in disguise. Also, in both the girl works for the guy.

In both the guy falls first and very hard for the girl. His love for her is very obvious to everyone around her (except her), because of his unusual dotting for her.
In both he turns out to be her boss at work.
In both she had a very long previous love-interest before meeting him and needed a time to move on.

Both have a cutesy and excentric female lead x strange and strict CEO. The male leads are only focused on their work and when they realise they are in love.. in the female lead.
The couple's are extremely cute when they are together..

Both dramas are extremaly cliche and cute. ML is rich CEO who creates a fake relationship because of relative wish (grandmother and grandfather). Even the appearance of the actors is similar. FLs also have some shared traits as they pretand to be someone else.
